Dr Day offered me propel for Invisalign which shortens the treatment duration by more than half. He explains the process very well and makes the entire treatment a breeze. Highly recommend getting Invisalign done in this office!

Doctor day great dentist however if he makes a mistake he won't correct it . I had an infection in a tooth that was cause from the work he did and he said it was nothing I had to get the tooth removed and cleaned . Over priced ! Dr day has the potential to be great dentist if he learned how to take care of his mistakes . You may feel good after leaving his office but beware if it goes wrong he won't repair any error he caused I gave him two for cleanliness and hygienist are great !

I had a cavity filled using laser. No medication needed as it was painless. Done a lot faster using laser. Highly recommend using laser.

I've been coming to Steinway Family Dental for years now and it is truly the best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is always very polite and friendly and Dr. Day is one of the best dentist. I have done extensive amount of work in my mouth and everything has come out perfect. Highly recommend this place I had a cavity filling performed with the laser and it felt way better then a normal cavity feeing and much faster. Solea has made a great machine and Dr. Day knows exactly what he is doing

Overall the employees there were all very nice, however, that does not excuse the fact that I was misdiagnosed, frightened, and was about to be charged an immense amount of money. They wanted to charge me $8,500 and recommended to take out a LOAN from the bank.... $1,400 later (went for a second opinion at another dentist AND went to an oral surgeon who did an exam, panoramic X-ray, plus removed TWO wisdom teeth) I am feeling fantastic and did not have to go broke. Also it is illegal for them to charge you to have your X-rays or records forwarded to you or another dentist. They wanted to charge me $25 but that did not happen I can rant more and go thru detail to detail of the bs they spewed, but it's not worth it.

I had a very bad toothache and had been calling many dental offices. I randomly found Steinway Family Dental based on google review and email them for an appointment. Right after i got a phone call from them and took an early appointment since it was an emergency. I always hated to go to see the dentist but after the care and help that i got from this place, my desire changed completely. DR. DAY not only is very professional but also very patient. He made sure i felt comfortable and not in pain during all the procedures. I got root canals, crowns and cleaning all made by him. He is THE BEST. I would def recommend this place. Once again THANK YOU DR. DAY

I love it here! I was having trouble finding a dentist to handle my 10 yr old route canal and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience! Dr Day and his staff explained the entire reasoning and procedure with ease. My son didn't complain nor was he nervous throughout the procedure!

Highly recommended. The specialist is awesome, the staff is very friendly and courteous. I was able to finish my crown and implant treatment, and did not feel any pain. Overall, this provider is excellent, excellent, excellent!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I went here for emergency dentistry due to being in intense pain from an impacted wisdom tooth, and the treatment I received here was appalling. I was literally crying and braying in pain, and upon receiving the X-ray that took the tech not one, not 2, but 3 tries to get correct, one of the hygienists looked at my wisdom tooth which admittedly is growing in sideways, said "that looks painful" and proceeded to get the doctor. The doctor looked at my X-ray, stated that the wisdom tooth looked infected and prescribed an antibiotic. At that time, I was informed that an extraction would be inadvisable at the time due to the infection, and could be reconsidered once the infection cleared. After that, another person who appeared to be the surgeon came into the room and stated that they could do the extraction, but that I was not in-network for their surgical services with my insurance and that it would be $950 out-of-pocket. At this point I was over it and went back into the waiting room where said surgeon called around to several hospitals to see if someone was in-network for me to conduct a surgery on that day that her colleague not even 30 minutes prior told me was inadvisable due to the infection. I left with an antibiotic prescription, no addressing of the pain, and ended up going to Mount Sinai Queens for assistance as the pain was making me incoherent. I do not often "go there" as a rationale, but I do believe my race played a factor into why my pain was ignored. Please avoid, this practice is definitely not safe.
