Dr. Matthew Steinberg graduated from New Jersey Dental School (part of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) in 1983 and received a Fellowship award from the Academy of General Dentistry in 1998.
Dr. Steinberg has been providing quality dental care for 30 years and continually dedicates his skills and experience to delivering comfortable, personalized care for his patients. His goal is not only to restore teeth to full functionality and beauty, but to improve and maintain lasting oral health.
FAGD stands for Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning Fellowship takes dedication to dental continuing education (CE) beyond graduation. Only about 6 percent of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada are AGD Fellows. When you see a dentist with FAGD after their name, you can rest assured that they care about knowing the latest techniques and best practices in dentistry. AGD Fellows practice these techniques in a classroom setting multiple times a year not every dentist does this.
Mary Anne is proud to be part of a dental team that emphasizes patient comfort and quality care. She is energized by daily interaction with a variety of patients with diverse backgrounds. In her spare time, she is passionate about her hobbies: art, cooking, reading and baseball. Mary Anne has been part of our team since June 2008.
Jeanie received her assisting licenses through Dental Studies Institute of New Jersey. She joined our team in May 2016. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, bowling and jet skiing. Jeanie finds relaxation in reading.
Victoria acquired an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from Middlesex County College, graduating with High Honors. She is planning to further her education by attending the University of Bridgeport to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene in the near future. In Victoria's spare time, she enjoys hiking, trail running and spending time with her family, friends and two adopted pit bulls.

Dr Steinberg is great as usual. Always friendly and let's you know every move he is to make before he works on you. I recommend him to friends and family. The new hygienist, Palma, is top notch!

This is the best dentist I have ever gone to. The receptionist is the best and the hygienist was the best I have ever had. Dr Steinberg is the best dentist I have ver gone to. It is like going to a family. I am glad he is my dentist.

I am a dentist and feel very confident about the care that I have received from Dr. Steinberg. I have referred many people to Dr. Steinberg. As a member of the Faculty of the American General Dentists, his expertise and depth of knowledge are second to none. I sought care for an extremely sensitive tooth and Dr. Steinberg's treatment has rendered me pain-free. Dr. Steinberg and his team deliver the highest level of care in an office that is not only esthetically pleasing, but as soon as you walk into the office, you know that they practice meticulous infection control protocols. His team, from the front, to the back, is courteous, polite, experienced and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Steinberg. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Steinberg thoroughly explains everything before a procedure. He places one at ease with his relaxed, humorous approach. His work is impeccable. His staff is excellent as well. Mary Anne, the receptionist, is extremely kind and informative as is Victoria, one of the hygienists, who is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate in her care. An A+ to Dr. Matthew Steinberg's office!!!

The office of doctor Steinberg is very clean and professional. The receptionist Maryann is very nice, courteous and always helpful.
