Terrible customer service! A 5 weeks waiting for an appointment and filling out numerours pages of personal information including my social security number. I arrive for my appointment to say we don't take your insurance with my folder written terminated. She claimed she tried to call me yesterday & couldn't get through. She had 3 phone numbers plus could have called today. Seriously I would never want to have any association with this office.

Dr. Steigerwald is wonderful! Very professional and experienced. Honest competent, kind treatment. His staff is professional and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr Steigerwald! I lost a tooth and after careful exam he actually recommended that I not have an implant. He explained that I had a large sinus cavity above where the implant would go making it a much more difficult and costly procedure. I appreciate his honesty!! He claimed it could be done but didn't recommend.

Nice, efficient staff. The doctor explained the procedure thoroughly, trying to put my mind at ease. I haven't yet had the surgery, so I can't comment further at this time.

Very cordial, caring & conscientious team of professionals who deliver a wonderfully nurturing experience to their patients. Dr. Steigerwald's love & compassion for his patients is really quite palpable. He obviously loves what he does. I feel blessed to be under his care & I know that he & his team of professionals give their absolute best to their patients.
