Growing up with both his dentist parents, Dr. Emad W. Estafanous received his dental degree from Tanta University, Egypt, in 1999 he then started his residency in Advanced Education in general dentistry in Tanta University were he was honored to spend a good residency time at the national cancer institute (NCI) of Cairo university as well as the faculty of dentistry in Cairo University, department of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and Radiology where he earn his certificate in 2000.
In 2004 Dr Estafanous received his postgraduate training and certificate and his Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) in fixed and removable prosthodontics from Indiana University School of Dentistry, Dr. Estafanous was an associate instructor in the department of prostodontics at the same university until 2005.
In 2005 Dr. Estafanous pursued his fellowship training in Maxillo-facial prosthetics at The University of Chicago Hospitals earning his fellowship certificate in 2006., Shortly after Dr. Estafanous joined The University of Iowa, College of Dentistry, Department of Prosthodontics as an assistant professor where he was the Director of the Removable Partial Denture courses.
During his professorship at The University of Iowa Dr. Estafanous was involved in research teaching and lecturing fixed and removable prosthodontics for dental students and graduate prosthodontics. He also kept an intramural private practice that focused on esthetic implant dentistry, fixed, removable and maxillofacial prosthetics.
Dr. Estafanouss research focused on : Immediate loading of dental implants, the physical properties of impression materials and disinfection/microbiology steriolithopgraphy and rapid prototyping, the physical propertes of Titanium alloys/ Zirconia CAD/CAM Technologies Maxillofacial prosthetics. Dr Estafanous had directed and co- directed Continuing Education live and hands-on courses at the university of Iowa, and presented nationally and internationally about prosthodontics and in particular the immediate loading of dental implants Cosmetic Dentistry and full mouth reconstructions.

Coming from someone who usually dislikes going to the dentist, Dr. Stefano might be the best dentist to go to to get any work done. Amazing service, and Dr. Stefano makes you feel super comfortable and made the overall experience amazing! I would strongly recommend the Stefano Dental Center to anyone who needs a superb experience!

Just had a tooth yoinked out and Dr. Stefano made the experience tolerable. I was very nervous about the procedure but his humor and personality put me at ease. I'd post a pic but I'm sure no one wants to see my face booboo.

Dr. Estafanous is the best dentist I have had he is the PRO in his profession , I felt very comfortable and well taken care of under his supervision, he is very kind , patient, knowledgeable and well versed in his profession. Pluses to him he made my dental visit very easy and pain free which is very important to me. His office is very up to date and very clean and his staff are very professional and kind . I strongly recommend him to everybody. Dr E one of the best dentist.

Dr. S. has been my dentist for over 5 years now. He has done my cleaning & fillings. Recently, I had a implant fail (done by another practice prior to meeting Dr. S.) The implant became infected and required surgery. I was reluctant as I've had about 8 dental surgeries in the past and they have always been terrible. I'm happy to report that Dr. S. went above & beyond to extract the implant and remove the infection. It was the best surgery I've ever experienced and everything healed better than expected. The front office is friendly and punctual as well. I appreciate the fact Dr. S. and his staff are focused on my health and not trying to sell me some unneeded dental beauty procedure as well. I highly recommend Dr. S. practice!

Dr.E Is a great Dentist. I had to get a Root canal done. I walked in with excruciating pain. He made himself available for me. I received a same day appointment. He takes his time and Best of all you feel no pain. I walked out feeling like million bucks. He's vary caring in affordable.

Dr. Estefanos is extremely efficient and I didn't feel any discomfort. I was getting a tooth canal which was done fairly quickly. I was happy because he came on a Saturday when his office was closed. He put in a temporary crown which came out a few days later. He outsources his crowns and that is when his good work ended. He insisted on a deep cleaning which I didn't need. He never gave me an appointment to get a permanent crown. I constantly called his office to get an appointment and felt since he was not making money from the permanent crown I was no longer of use to him. Eventually I went somewhere else. Due to taking long without a crown, I am going to lose my tooth and have to come up with money for an implant. I will never go back there and will remain with my dentist at Niles Dental. They never go wrong and don't suggest unnecessary dental work.

I don't know from where to start! Firstly, I want to thank my lord Jesus Christ who helped and guided Dr. STEFANO through out my whole process! I visited 2 dentist offices in a row before going to Dr.Stefano's office. The first Dentist sent me to a Dentist who referred me to Dr.Stefano because they said my teeth were complicated for them to do either bone graft or bridge, but once I visited Dr. Stefano, he immediately told me to make an appointment for Surgery. He did bone graft and implant on the same day for me(this process is a 6 month process for other dentists). What a special Dentist he is! I didn't have any problem. The whole process went smoothly. Discount? Ohhh my gosh,I think his office is the cheapest to visit. I paid half price of the estimate another Denstist told me for my whole process. I don't know what to say more, but I'm 100 % satisfied with Dr.Stefano amazing performance and ability! Thank you for the smile,Doctor!!

I had so many bad experiences with dentists until I settled down with Dr.Stefano. He cares about his patients; care about their health not making a business out of them. He has a sense of humor that makes the visit every time enjoyable. I never thought about " I wanna go to my dentist " just to be with a trusted person to take care of my teeth and have fun around this great environment. I am highly recommending Dr.Stefano, especially if you don't like dentists because you will have a NEW DIFFERENT experience
