In 1998 when Dr. Kevin Sheets joined him in practice, they added the office at 354 Colonial Road in the Colonial Park area to better serve patients from that part of Harrisburg. As both practices grew, the two doctors decided to expand their facilities and staff. They went on to build and design a state of the art building and opened at our current location at 395 S. Third St in 1994.They also remodeled and expanded the Colonial Park office at 354 Colonial Road in 1995. Dr. Brian Keating, also a local graduate, joined the practice in 2005. Dr. Sheets later retired from practice in 2017 to pursue his love of cooking and gardening. Dr. Wenjie Gao joined the practice in July of 2017. Together, the three doctors now serve a wide area of Greater Harrisburg from the two locations.

I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little girl. This week I was experiencing some terrible tooth pain. I was in on Monday, diagnosed and given a plan to correct the issue. But, things didn't quite work out as planned and I found myself in a lot of pain. Brian Keating, one of the dedicated dentists in this office, called me to discuss how I was feeling and, knowing I was uncomfortable, he offered me an emergency appointment to address my issue immediately. As always, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This is not uncommon for him and not uncommon of the Steelton Family Dentistry! I highly recommend this Dentist office as they never let me down.

The dentist and staff are the best I have ever been to. I had a major chip out of my top front tooth which looked terrible. The dentist office was very helpful to get me in to have it repaired quickly. I am now able to smile again and very thankful to this great dentistry. Dave B

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in with a tooth pain, the dentist said there was nothing wrong - I just caused trama to it. I continued to call and ask about this. I went to a different denstist and it turns out I have a MASSIVE infection and now have to have a root canal - all something that have could been handled with antibiotics. The dentst totally missed the infection - thank god I went to get a second opinion.
