She has 9 years of experience in the dental field. Dr. Steeles favorite part of her job is creating an experience that is easy and enjoyable for her patients. She also loves developing her team so that they enjoy great success and feel passionate about their work. Dr. Steele enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Michelle Raleigh-Gutierrez Dr. Raleigh-Gutierrez grew up in Omaha, Nebraska with her two siblings. She graduated from Creighton in 2005 and practiced in Omaha for a while before ultimately moving to Colorado in 2011. She is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and baking. Dr. Raleigh-Gutierrez enjoys that she is able to help give people a wonderful and healthy smile.
Dr. Lakshmi Reddy Dr. Lakshmi Reddy was born and raised in India along with her two sisters. She earned her dental degree in India and practiced there for five years before she moved to Denver, CO, in 2012. She attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Reddy takes pride in treating her patients to the best of her ability and continuing to advance in the art of dentistry through extensive continuing education courses to provide her patients with the exceptional care they deserve. In her free time, Dr. Reddy enjoys practicing yoga and outdoor activities with her husband and 6-year-old son.
Megan was born and raised in eastern Colorado with two siblings.She now lives in northern Colorado with her two beautiful daughters. She loves to spend time with her family and friends outdoors exploring our beautiful state. When not outdoors, she likes to craft and cheer on her favorite team the Denver Broncos.
Rachel Registered Dental Hygienist Rachel grew up in Troy, Illinois, with her three sisters, Kristi, Lauren, and Angie. She has four years of experience in the dental field. Her favorite thing about working at Steele Dentistry is our great work environment our team gets along and works well together, and she has an awesome boss! Rachels favorite animal is a manatee, and her favorite sport is Blues Hockey. She follows the St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Dezaray Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Dezaray is Steele Dentistrys team lead in the assistant department. With over 10 years of dental experience, she dedicates herself to providing quality dentistry in all areas, from helping with clinical treatment to team and patient interactions.
Dezaray is originally from Houston, Texas, but was raised in Aurora, making Colorado her home. She is happily married and is the mother of two amazing boys, ages 13 and 7. In her spare time she enjoys different hobbies and activities with her family and friends.

Rachel AKA Ro Dental Hygienist Rachel is from Omaha, Nebraska where she graduated from UNMC in 2014 with her degree in dental hygiene. She moved shortly after due to her love of Colorado and the outdoors. When shes not caring for patients smiles, she and her fianc like to find new places to hike and travel whenever they get the chance.
Chriss Patient Coordinator Chriss was born in Colorado and spent her childhood here and in California. She is a mother of three and loves to cook, hike, camp, play sports and spend time with her kids.
Alysia Hygienist After moving to Colorado in 2016 from Minnesota, Alysia pursued her career in dental hygiene at CCD in Denver. Her interest in this field comes from a passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference in their lives. When she is not working as a hygienist, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband, family and pets. She has a German Shepherd, Stella, and a cat, Theo.
Alana Dental Assistant Alana has been in dentistry since 2015 starting as an assistant and then dabbling in some front office work. She prefers working in the back with patients one on one to join them for their smile journey. She and her husband enjoy exploring Colorado with their dog Ada, and taking in all the mountains have to offer. When they arent out and about they enjoy listening to vinyls.
Bill Insurance Coordinator Bill grew up on a small farm in Nebraska with three siblings. He and his wife, Sue, raised three children out in eastern Colorado where Bill retired from the natural gas industry. He has been working for Steele Dentistry since 2017. He enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren and taking it easy.

Definitely do not recommend this dentist. They will rip you off! Especially as a person of color. They tried to have me pay over $3500 for 2 crowns and that was the price after my Delta Dental insurance kicked in. They are money hungry here and offer you services that you really don't need. I was told I need two crowns, went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and found out I actually only need 1 crown and ended up paying less than $600. If you are looking for a good dentist, I strongly recommend Holly Dental Associates. Way more friendly people and they will not rip you off

These guys were great! I had a tooth break in the middle of the pandemic. It needed a root canal and was not a pretty site plus, my dental anxiety was in high gear but, everyone here was so understanding

I went to Steele Dentistry for a while and the staff was always nice and took care of me. My issue is more recent. Before heading off to school I went for a cleaning and I was told I had 7 cavities. I had not heard anything of the sort in any of my prior visits, and was never told I was on a watch list for any cavities. I was always told that my teeth looked great. When I asked Dr. Reddy about why I had not heard anything sooner, she told me that sometimes doctors forget to tell their patients they are on the watch list. This was a big red flag for me. They made my cavities seem very severe and I needed to have them filled as soon as possible. I had to set up my appointment for my fillings and make the payment. But instead I decided to get a second opinion, so I cancelled the appointment and was refunded. This was shared with the manager and she apologized. She said she would talk to Dr. Reddy. I don't know if she did talk to the doctor, or if she shared it with Dr. Steele. This was all they would do. Upon getting a second opinion, I learned I only had 4 small cavities and the rest were just spots. I have since had the cavities filled and have been reassured I just have spots on my teeth and there are no sign of cavities on any of them. Steele was a good place to go to for a while, but after all of this I had to leave. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I'm glad it was recognized before it got worse.

I enjoyed going to the new office, the staff were all pleasant and efficient, and my hygienist was very thorough. I needed new night guards, and the specialist talked me through the impressions carefully. All in all, a good visit. The Dentist explained all the answers to my questions.

I skipped some regular appointments during the COVID lockdown, so I needed some work done, including replacement of a cap. The filling work went reasonably well, but I'd like to compliment the Dental Assistant who handled the bulk of the work on setting my new cap, at the end of January. She displayed solid skills that kept the discomfort to an absolute minimum. I think it's safe to say that visits to the dentist are never a wonderful time. However, the care she took, combined with her rather sweet disposition made for a visit far less unpleasant than expected. I highly recommend this dentistry practice for anybody.

I've had some pretty awful experiences with dental work over the years and I'm grateful I have Steele dentistry. Everyone is always so helpful and understanding. From my fear of certain procedures to happily helping me navigate my insurance. They help ease any fears I have and are always so kind and gentle. I always recommend them to friends and family. I also make quite a drive because it's worth it to me. Thanks for everything.

EVERYONE knows what they are doing from the dentist to the hygienists to the front end staff. Awesome service quality service and knowledgeable. Most importantly consistency. Friendly top notch service and going above and beyond. I've been a customer since 2016 they are awesome with everything they do. Steele Dentistry IS a dental office NOT a drive thru dental. They offer so much as far as what they do here to just the service they give you. EVERYONE is awesome. Prices are fair regardless if you have insurance or not plus the offer other options. They are forthcoming with these options as well. All the Dentists and hygienists are certified rest assured that any work you get done is going to get done right it's going to get done correctly as well as friendly service. They are only going to do what needs to be done. This office is beautiful and well kept. Its cleaned by proper density guidelines regardless of Corona or not. Seriously Steele Dentistry is the best office in Colorado. I live in northern Colorado and will continue to be a customer. Doesn't matter how far I have to drive. I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Steele Dentistry. Thank you for all you do!

My family and I have been clients for 3 years. The staff is always professional and friendly. Whether it has been routine cleanings or more complex dental procedures, we have always been confident in their recommendations and completely satisfied with the quality of their work. They are always on time-which is something we all appreciate-and highly recommend them.

Husband is happy with his cleaning which is only reason not a 1 star, however calling and saying that he needs to have his crown impressions redone and then not being able to schedule him for 3 weeks is unacceptable.

This was the best dentist experience I've ever had! So comfortable and they listened and took into account all my concerns. The hygienist, Rachel was the best! She made me feel as comfortable as you can in a dentist chair. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist was grest!

I had a crown come off after a couple years. Back when I got the crown it came with a 5-year warranty. When I came in to get it fixed the doctor told me it what it would cost to replace (I think it was $1200 w/insurance). I was confused and asked if it was under warranty. Without hesitating the doctor looked me in the eye and said "no". I asked how long the warranty for crowns are and she said "usually just a couple years". I told her that I have confidence that it is still under warranty and the doctor got up and left the room without saying a word. Some time later a hygienist came in and told me that "because you come in for routine cleanings the crown would be covered on the house". I've been coming to Steele for 8 years! Over the last 3-4 years it has become obvious that they are constantly trying to upsell their patients. When I got the crown replaced they made me sign a document stating that there is NO WARRANTY.

My wife and me have been going to Dr. Steele for about 5 years now, and have found her and her associates to be wonderful practitioners, very professional, caring and positive. I have moderate anxiety with dental procedures and generally need anesthesia for work beyond cleanings, but she has been able to help reduce my need for this and my overall anxiety with dentist. She has done crowns, filings, and other procedures for me, all coming out great each time. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dentist, especially if you have anxiety with a dental procedures like me.

Update: Just had my fillings done there. I was so comfortable and they made sure I was okay at all times. Dr. Raleigh has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel genuinely cared for. Des(spelling?) was great and I really had a good experience. They have a "comfort menu" and I felt decked out in my weighted blanket and soft blanket during the drilling, filling etc. Never expected to say that about a dentist experience! 10/10! Brianne at reception was warm and helpful. Rachel the dental hygienist was fantastic, very personable and did the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Dr. Raleigh made me feel comfortable and well informed on what she was doing and why. My boyfriend and I had back to back appointments and felt really comfortable at Steele dentistry. They were very clear on pricing and overall did a great job. Very excited to have found our permanent dentist here in the Park Hill area.
