With over two decades in his field, Dr. Steele understands the importance of communicating with his patients and having a positive and good chairside manner. He takes the time to thoroughly explain problems that his patients are facing and answer any questions or concerns that they may have as well as his treatment recommendations. This helps his patients feel confidence and sure about the care that theyre receiving, helping create a less anxiety-inducing experience overall.
When he was a small child, Dr. Steele actually wanted to be a veterinarian. However, once he reached his college years, he had his wisdom teeth extracted by an oral surgeon, who invited him to watch some of his more difficult surgeries because of Dr. Steeles current position as a phlebotomist at the same hospital. After seeing the surgeon finally fix a patients jaws and teeth so that they aligned perfectly and functioned properly, Dr. Steele was 100% sold on becoming an oral surgeon himself.
After graduating from UTA, Dr. Steele entered dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry. At that time, dental implants were just beginning to make their way into the field of dentistry, but he was already fascinated by them! Following the completion of his dental doctorate, he underwent his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency, where he focused on full-scope procedures like jaw surgery, cosmetic facial surgery, and procedures involving implants.
Today, Dr. Steele is proud to have been the first oral surgeon's office in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to have used the YOMI dental implant robot! Robotically guided dental implant surgery allows his team to place dental implants in a safer, more comfortable, and more predictable way. He is also currently a member of the following organizations:
Kathys dental career spans almost 50 amazing years, and she couldnt ask for a better oral surgery office to call home than ours! She loves seeing the incredible joy on our patients faces following their procedures, especially when they use the amazing YOMI dental implant robot to place implants faster and more precisely. She is currently a proud member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers.
When she isnt busy at the oral surgery office, Lynn enjoys volunteering for a local dog rescue, watching the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Huskies, playing golf, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Heathers dental career covers 35+ years so far, and she always looks forward to the wonderful interactions she has with patients here at our oral surgery office. The team members feel just like family, and Dr. Steele is truly amazing in her eyes!
At home, Heather has a wonderful husband and two stepchildren. Shes also the proud mom of a beautiful daughter and the grandmother of a special little granddaughter! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, hunting, cooking, and (of course) being with loved ones.
A Grand Prairie native, Monica has been a part of the oral healthcare world for over a decade now. As one of our assistants, she works hard to provide plenty of care and comfort to patients, helping them overcome their fears in the treatment chair.
Monicas happy home consists of her son, her daughter, her fur-baby named Jarvis, and her grandmother. When she isnt busy caring for teeth, she loves serving her community, reading, writing poetry, and strength-training. She even has a small juice business on the side!

This is the best doctor and office staff ever. From the moment, I stepped into the clinic, they have calmed down my anxiety and explained the procedures well. They answer their phones calls and explain any doubts or concerns you have. If you have anxiety and need dental work done, I highly recommend this place.

I got my wisdom teeth out recently. Everyone in the office is very kind and professional. The whole process went very smoothly and Dr. Steele checked in after the surgery to make sure everything was healing correctly. They gave clear instructions and I didn't have any complications with it.

Everyone at Dr. Steele's office is very courteous and professional. I've been going to Dr. Steele's office for several years for my oral surgery and implant needs. I've had several extractions and five implants. Dr. Steele is great and has a wonderful and caring staff. The price is a little higher for some procedures (implants) but well worth it for the quality of the work and service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Steel's office for your oral surgery needs.

Dr.Steele is a great dentist. Had 2 of my wisdom teeth extracted by him. No pain absolutely. Great chair side manners. He even called later on in the evening to check if the bleeding had stopped and if I had any pain. I highly recommend him.

I got my wisdom teeth removed in November and had a great experience. As a college student with a busy schedule, Dr. Steele's office was accommodating and worked with me to schedule the consultation/surgery/post-op with an impossible calendar. Everyone at the office was friendly and made me insanely comfortable when nerves arose before surgery. Dr. Steele sat with me and talked through the whole procedure at the consultation; he took time to get to know me and was intentional in his interactions, not just rushing through the motions. I could not recommend this office more. I even choose to make the travel from Dallas, because I trust this office so much.

Dr Steele has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a doctor. He cussed at me after asking him follow up questions regarding my previous visit. It was clear he was not informed and did not care about me, other than my money. Terrible doctor. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy. -Stephen

I had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed at Steele Dental! I was eating normally within two days and needed very little pain medication to be able to sleep comfortably. My bleeding stopped within 24-48 hours, and after two weeks (today) I feel so comfortable and am eating normally. Thank you, Dr. Steele!

Within the past few months my wisdom teeth had been bothering me greatly to a point it hurt to move my jaw to much. But from the moment I started planning my procedure here it made everything so much easier! From the planning of the appointment, to the recovery process afterward, the staff made sure I had the best care I could possibly have! The surgery went really smoothly and only took me and hour and a half for 3 teeth to be removed. The recovery process was surprisingly quick and painless! I was off the pain medication and just taking Advil within 1 day. For anyone looking worried, don't be! The staff here is excellent and made my whole experience seem less
