Dr. Maria Tassopoulou provides excellent, evidence-based care to all of her patients with an emphasis in addressing their unique concerns and goals. Dr. Fishell is passionate about incorporating the latest technology to create beautiful, healthy smiles for all of his patients. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and has over 20 years experience treating thousands of patients.

Dr. Wintner has always been fascinated by the magic of orthodontic treatment. While completing his undergraduate studies, he did a physics project involving orthodontics. Dr. Wintner enjoys all facets of orthodontic treatment, including adults, which sometimes present unique challenges!
Dr. John Fishell is a native Pittsburgher through and through. He was born in Pittsburgh and attended the University of Pittsburgh his entire way through college, dental school, and orthodontic residency.
Dr. Marcey Maderas passion for orthodontics began early in life, at her own orthodontic visits, where she was intrigued by the before and after treatment pictures on display. She began pursuing her passion at the University of Pittsburgh graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Madera went on to earn a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine graduating as salutatorian of her class. Her orthodontic specialty training and Master of Science were also completed at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Madera is passionate about providing high-quality orthodontic care that directly addresses the concerns and needs of her patients in a professional yet comforting environment. She believes in the positive impact that orthodontics has on her patients personalities and confidence.
Dr. Madera is continuously advancing her education within the field of orthodontics. She still finds it challenging to correct alignment, malocclusion and skeletal disharmony, which are unique to each patient. Dr. Madera is passionate about staying current in her field enabling her to provide each patient with the most effective orthodontic treatment available.
As an orthodontist, I have the opportunity to interact with people of all ages, backgrounds, and professions. I enjoy connecting with my patients and their families throughout the course of their treatment. It is exhilarating to be a witness to the change that each patient goes through, both physically and psychologically. There is nothing more fulfilling than when I see that my work has positively affected my patients overall well-being.
A native of Athens, Greece, Dr. Maria Tassopoulou received a Doctorate of DentalSurgery (DDS) from Athens University Dental School. After moving to the United States, Dr. Tassopoulou earned a Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry as well as a certification in orthodontics and US Dental Certification and Licensure.
She is passionate about providing excellent, evidence-based care to all of her patients with an emphasis in addressing their unique concerns and goals. She enjoys getting to know her patients and seeing a positive transformation throughout their treatment. The most rewarding aspect of her profession is witnessing the change in a patients self-esteem and confidence as a result of their new, beautiful smile.
After teaching orthodontics full-time for over 5 years at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Tassopoulou still volunteers her time giving lectures there. She sincerely enjoys the interaction with future dentists and orthodontists while being able to stay current on all of the changing trends within the orthodontic profession.
I am very fortunate to work in this extraordinary and dynamic profession. I enjoy the challenges that are unique to each patient. I am intrigued by meeting a vast variety of people of all ages and backgrounds and I learn every day by the interaction with them. I welcome, encourage, and enjoy the collaboration between my patients general dentist and other dental specialty professionals because I feel that a successful approach in treating patients happens on a multi-disciplinary level.

We can't say enough good things about Dr Wintner and his staff!! They were super knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. Every time we came for our appointment we left with smiles and thanks to their expertise my son's smile is looking wonderful!! Highly recommend!!

Dr Wintner was great with both of my kids. The staff is good with the kids and I was informed of the progress of the work after each appointment. I highly recommend Dr Wintner and his staff.

We moved to Moon in 2018 and searched on Google for the best Orthodontist in the area. We found Dr. Morton Wintner. My wife had her braces done by another incompetent dentist, who's charged a lot of money and performed unnecessary teeth extractions. Dr. Wintner was able to correct the mistake by anther Orthodontist and brought my wife's teeth to look nice and straight. Dr. Wintner is hands down the best orthodontist I've seen. His staff are probably the friendliest group of people you'll even encounter at a dental office. I'd recommend all friends and family to Dr. Wintner's office for the great experience of getting nice looking teeth. Thank you very much Dr. Wintner and every friendly staff. Happy wife happy life, now that my wife's teeth are nice and straight because of your help, she's become much happier. Thanks again !!!!!!!!!!

I have taken all four of my kids to Dr. Wintner's office for their braces and it is always a pleasant experience - for me at least! Kidding aside, Dr. Wintner and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and know how to put the kids at ease. Obviously, highly recommended.

I had to convince my 24 year old boyfriend to finally put out in the world what happened to him under this man's care. The word that comes to mind is bully. He did lasting harm to Simon G. Mort would insult and demean him, a young kid at the time, when they were alone and Simon was unable to respond. He told him his face was "off-center", perpetually used "Simon says" mockery, and basically just tortured the kid to the point that it still bothers him to remember. I can't believe a cowardly sadist like this is allowed near children and I heartily suggest you save your own from him.

Dr. Wintner and his staff are so friendly, professional, and accommodating. We couldn't be happier with how perfect our sons teeth are now. Dr. Wintner is caring and took so much time to explain each step to us.

My son just got his braces off today and Dr. Wintner did a fantastic job! The staff is helpful and friendly. Appts are easy to get in. I would recommend him - in fact, my other children will be seeing him also.

I think Dr. Wintner was fabulous. He is very kind and informative . I had braces and had to be fit for a retainer behind my 2 front teeth. My teeth are straight and continue to be straight because of him. I am always grateful to u for keeping my smile. Thanks Donna Van Shura
