This place is amazing!!! Dr. Kinno really cares about his patients along with his staff at this location. He is compassionate and his assistants Lily Lisa and Madali work to insure your comfort. The front desk receptionists Melva Denisha and Monica work to make sure your treatment plan and insurance is correct. They are a great team and the facility is extremely clean. Definitely worth the drive from Hope Mills!!!

A pleasant environment with employees that ensure you feel welcome. A hometown, countryside atmosphere makes you relax and feel easy about being at a dentist. Professionalism, care, and top notch service make this spot a very good choice for your dental care needs!

Take my kids here and they were friendly and took care of their teeth fine. Not the best at returning your phone call tho.

After waiting for over an hr my brother who is in a wheel chair was denied service because they would not assist him in a chair. This is not a handicap friendly establishment.

They take advantage of people Literally. They claim they don't send notices of what paper work they need but they definitely blow your mailboxes with reminders? even with the sliding fee they charge unnecessary payments.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have been a patient there for a few years, I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentists , (I hardly sleep the night before my appointment) I have seen 3 different Dentists there, each one has become "my favorite". I am baffled at why they have 1 star ratings, because hands down this is the best dental office in the Fayetteville area!!

A bunch of rookies and unprofessional employees working here , they try to get you to get services you don't need for your teeth. I understand this is for low income people but I rather pay for the service I'd like and professionally dentists. These people sit around and do nothing , five or six people standing there. Wonder why y'all don't get businesses.

Very rude staff...ask them to trun the tv down..acted like they were all that .and I guote(we wont turn the tv down for one person) I was the only one left in the waiting room...and my wife had ask them if they could turn it down also They must think because your there u cant afford to go any where else...Got news for u I can and I will this just cost you 1,500 by my insurance...and not to mention what i wood of had to pay out of pocket..

Fantastic! Amazing! Taking my review back!!! Worst place ever! I learned today that the dentist no longer works there! & there's no replacement for her patients next available is July with a part time dentist smh! How missed up is that!

As they say, you don't know me from Adam, and you've never met my wife either, yet you've gone out of your way to show us kindness, compassion and obvious sincerity. You even graciously gave us several compliments. I want you to know that you have touched our hearts. We appreciate your kindness so much. We live in Fayetteville, and we were surprisingly unable to find an affordable dentist with whom we felt comfortable here in town. It was very fortunate for us to a find such a decent dental practice so close to home. That we got such a cordial, an empathetic, and an affable dentist to care for us was, well it was a blessing. It is our sincere hope that when we encounter a grandiose kindness such as yours, and it is bestowed on us, we can find just a modicum of that thoughtfulness in ourselves, and in turn, pass it on to others. I thank you for your awesome care of our teeth, for the marked improvement in our smiles, and for the friendly demeanor that you employed while you delivered a care, by which, it's style and substance, was nothing short of magnificent.
