Dr. Benjamin Tubo may be new to Auburn, but he practiced in Whitinsville for four years before moving here. He received his Bachelor of Science in biology from Eastern Nazarene College in 2010. He graduated from Boston University Henry H. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2014. Dr. Tubo continues to make increasing his knowledge base a priority by attending around 100 hours of continuing education each year, which on average is five times more than most dentists. He has also completed many of the advanced seminars and workshops available through Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has received implant surgery training through the implant seminars in New York City. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Worcester District Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also the current vice president of the New England Master Track Program.
As a dentist, Dr. Ben wants to help each patient achieve his or her oral health goals, no matter if they are simple or complex. He takes the time to listen to each patient in order to understand those goals and include them in the treatment process. He wants to help all of his patients feel confident and healthy.
Dr. Ben has been happily married to the love of his life, Amy, since 2010. Their beautiful children bring smiles to everyone they meet. In his spare time, Dr. Ben loves spending time with his family. He also likes being outdoors and enjoys everything nature has to offer. He likes hiking, fishing, swimming and water skiing. He also plays guitar, loves to cook and spends time on DIY wood working projects. Dr. Ben appreciates any challenge that requires precision and gives him the opportunity to develop his skills.
Deb Office Manager Deb has been in dentistry for over 20 years and has been with us at Steadfast Family Dental since our opening day. She began as a dental insurance claims examiner, and in 2002, she decided to pursue a career as a dental administrative assistant and administrative coach. Deb enjoys dentistry and helping patients recognize the value of their smiles. She is the perfect go-to person when our patients have questions about their insurance or their benefits and is happy to help our patients understand their financial options in order to get the treatments they deserve and need. Debs goal is to make things as easy and understandable as possible for all of our patients. Deb is married with three children and loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys the great outdoors and always looks forward to hiking, skiing and camping.
Patty Registered Dental Hygienist Patty has been with us from the very beginning! She graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Patty has over 25 years of experience and loves working with her wonderful, caring and professional team that feels like family.
JoAnn Registered Dental Hygienist JoAnn has been with us since we opened the doors at Steadfast Family Dental. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene and has been a hygienist since 1987. JoAnn appreciates the excellent job our team does in providing comfortable and quality dental care. She loves working with people who are professional, genuine and knowledgeable about their jobs and who create a family atmosphere. JoAnn strives to provide excellent dental care and to help each of our patients achieve a lifetime of optimal dental health. JoAnn has been married to her husband for over 20 years and has two girls and one boy. Away from the office, she enjoys walking, swimming, reading, volunteering and spending time with her family.
Trish DANB Certified Dental Assistant Trish has been a member of the Steadfast Family Dental team from the start, bringing over 20 years of experience with her! She loves to continue to learn and find new challenges in her career. She especially enjoys meeting all of our wonderful patients and helping them achieve optimum dental health and beautiful smiles. She makes sure that all of our clients are comfortable and at home during their visits and treats them like old friends and family. Trish and her husband have two fantastic children. When she is not taking care of our patients, Trish can be found exercising, eating healthy and encouraging others to meet their goals.
Misty Certified Dental Assistant Misty has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She grew up moving around the world, so when it came time to pick a career, she wanted something that she could do from anywhere. Misty had braces in high school and liked the atmosphere of her orthodontic office. Misty is an outgoing people person, and she loves that she can build relationships with her patients.
In Mistys spare time, she loves binging most TV/Netflix shows and watching her kids play sports. She enjoys cooking and gardening, as well as developing characters and plots for the romance novels she writes and publishes.

You can imagine after going to the same dentist since I was 10 years old (now 54) I found myself in search of a new dentist and office because he was retiring. After weeks of searching online with no luck I received a flyer in the mail from Steadfast Family Dental. I called and made my first appointment. As soon as I walked through the door I felt relaxed. It is a very clean and comfortable waiting area. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcome you in with a smile. My appointment began at the scheduled time and I had a very pleasant experience with the new patient orientation. The dental assistant Maria was super nice and extremely helpful. I also met Dr. Tubo who I found to be very patient, professional, friendly and extremely detailed. I didn't feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. He even worked a little longer on a tooth to make sure I was 100% comfortable with it before leaving. His knowledge and personality along with his awesome team made for a wonderful first trip back to the dentist. I also also had the pleasure of meeting Patty the dental hygienist who did a great job cleaning my teeth. It is a very organized office and they all work together as a team. They are all highly skilled, accommodating and very friendly. I look forward to going again for many visits to come! I am pleased to say overall it was an exceptional experience. Also, easy parking. I highly recommend. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

After going to an excellent dentist for many years, I was very anxious to try someone new. Two trusted friends recommended Dr. Ben Tubo and his staff at Steadfast Family Dental. From my very first phone call, I was put at ease and during my first appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. Dr. Ben's expertise is noteworthy, but his calming and caring personality is what puts him over the top. He sets the tone and his entire staff is the same way. When you call and the person answers and says, "I can help you," you know it is sincere. Dr. Ben has a patient for life. He and his staff definitely get 5 stars!

I don't usually write reviews but, I have such a fear of dentists I thought I should write one. I went in for a procedure yesterday. Thought about it all weekend, how much pain I would be in during and after. The dentist had come in the room after my cleaning a month ago. He sat and asked what my fears were and how he could help. Still, I just can't get over this fear. I was scheduled for an hour procedure. We were done in 15 minutes!! Apparently, he looks at his next day appointments to find the best course of action. How many dentists do that? Him saying that, made me feel good about any procedure I may need at this office in the future. He told me what to expect and he was right. Today I am good. You would think I didn't have anything done yesterday! I also wanted to mention the dental assistant. She talked with me and made me feel at ease before the visit. Can't forget my hygienist! She is knowledgeable, does a great job and also helps me feel comfortable during my visit. Great office!! Great staff!! Trust me !! I only wish I started there sooner! Thank you Steadfast Dental!!!

I am a new patient to Steadfast Family Dental. I was impressed by the very thorough new patient introduction, discussion and review. I have never received such thorough and supportive treatment. Every single person in that office was incredibly welcoming, friendly. They made me feel so comfortable. I was a bit nervous to go somewhere new and had a bit of anxiety but felt comfortable immediately once i walked in. Patty was so warm and comforting during my cleaning. As well as Mindy and Dr Ben. I truly cannot recommend them enough! In fact have never found myself feeling compelled to writer a review to recommend a dental practice.

I have pretty significant dental anxiety but Steadfast, from reception to hygienist to Dentist were INCREDIBLE. I am so happy that I chose to go. Explained everything that was going on before doing it. I definitely feel comfortable using them moving forward for my dental care.

Believe the hype people! Dr. Ben and his team are all-stars in their field. I have lived in many places around the country and as a result I have been to many different dentists. What you will immediately notice if you have been to any other dentistry establishment is the kindness and professionalism from the folks that run this amazing office is unparalleled. What makes them stand out you ask? Well it's the way everything just seems to work together. Checking in, there's never confusion. Want to know approximately what your bill will be, no problem. Any questions about what's about to happen in your mouth are answered with sincerity instead of obligation. Then the procedure, whatever it is you are having done, rest assured it's being done with care and your comfort as their priority, unlike so many others that would rather push through as many people as possible to maximize profitability. Ben at Steadfast Family Dental gave me literally the best dental experience I've ever had, and as someone who has severe anxiety about going to the dentist due to numerous previous bad experiences from other dentists, I didn't even think it was possible to feel this comfortable. When I'm at Steadfast my nerves are instantly relieved. He is so thorough in describing all of his processes, and so meticulous in his work. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough! Amy is awesome too(: If more people went here, so many less people would be afraid of the dentist. The last thing he said before I left was "I did what I would've wanted done to my teeth" and what more can you ask for from a dentist?

When good comes of bad.... It was a tooth emergency that brought me to Steadfast Family Dental and once I experienced Dr. Ben and his staff, not to mention the lovely surroundings, it was an easy decision to switch from my previous dentist, who I loved, but was an hour's drive. Wonderful care at Steadfast, top notch experts in their field always concerned with patient comfort. Communication is thorough and they truly respect their patients. I'm glad I made the move. I very highly recommend Steadfast.
