Drilled out front tooth when I said to her I was here for back filling she said I had a cavity on front tooth in the back of tooth which I believe was a lie. I cannot believe people can be so evil the Lord is my Shepherd I do not know who your workers serve

I had a full dental implant surgery done here and it turned out perfectly. I'm incredibly happy. Great staff. Very reasonable price! I had to pay cash because my insurance wouldn't cover the procedure.

The 2 hour wait time and the 2 minute cleaning everyone talks about it true. The dentist tried to file my tooth after I had told him I didn't want it, I even had to push his hand away from my mouth after I told him no. I had also refused the numbing shot, and I had to close my mouth and retract because he tried to do it anyway. He was very arrogant. Do not recommend this place. For ANY services. This all happened a few years ago, but after going to another dentist I realize how awful this experience was.

Dr. Wendt is impossible to inspire fear in anyone who is afraid of dentist. He is the nicest most cheerful dentist and is extra careful to be reassuring and pain free. I really do not understand how he could have been given some low ratings because everyone in his office is also Extra patient-centric. The young lady who was working at my last appointment used to be one of dr. Wentz patients then went to dental school and now works for him! It really is like a big happy family well at the same time everyone is a consummate professional. Love him!

First you need to know this a dentist that my insurance Oxford recommended. There office staff are Spanish speaking and has a bias for those who are English speaking. I returned for my yearly examination after calling leaving a message for them not to return the call. I called and scheduled for today. I arrived 20 minutes before my appoint only to wait 30 minutes after my appointment at 11 am. The receptionist then tells me they lost my file i had to wait longer because of their mistake. I then go into the exam room where a dental assistant took my stays and did an excellent job without stabbing my teeth with the film chips. After that i wait another 15 minutes. So im looking out the window only to be viewing disposable syringe cases full to the brim without a lock. The office is obviously not cared for by staff. I know I am changing dentists. One dentist with over 10 patients at a time can't be right. Some of the service is going to lack and i defintely do not want to be one of the patients that's suffers. The insurance should come here. And so should the state.

Office staff was difficult, I waited an hour and left. Other patients complained about there treatment. I left because office staff did not take the time to check my insurance, A copy of my card was given and an email copy of the back of card was sent to them. They said they would not see me without the back of card. If the staff had checked their email they would have found they had what they needed. I have nothing to say about dental care at smile except other patients complaining in wating area. It was an unusual experience, probably for the best. There are many other dentists in my area.

The worst ever! Do not go in pain unless you plan on leaving in worse pain. You will wait approx 2 hours to be seen and then you will leave the same way you went in. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Waiting time was stupid long. The waiting room was so small people coughing real unhealthy. Dentist was a funny dood. Staff was all Spanish chicks that had bad atitudes except to the man of coarse cause they are hoochies for men. Will never go there again horrible getto spot.

i went here an he was so busy talking didn,t even care he was behind an hour an then the staff said that my other dentist didn,t send the information when i call a week ahead to make sure, an when they finally found the information he walk in an ask why are you here very nasty ,i was stun ,so i sad i think a need some work done an i ask him did he look at the exray an he said that does not tell him anything took the bib off an walk out an continue to have the conversation with the guy ,mind you i went in as a new patient he never look in my mouth never said maybe we should get some more information an never said bye this man should not have a practice

Estoy buscando el lugar para una queja formal.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. The office is DIRTY and since the moment I got there I got the feeling that I should not touch my teeth!!! After hours of waiting, "the dentist" Robert Wendt came to see me, checked my teeth and did a 2 minutes cleaning. I couldn't believe it was over, I have had cleanings before and they at least last 10 minutes. He did not do ANYTHING! After he, "finished" I asked him for dental floss and listerine and he sent me to the pharmacy to get it! He was rude, and very unprofessional. Please STAY AWAY.
