One way you might feel more comfortable with us is by getting to know our team. Start with our founder, Dr. Eric Mee, who proudly offers preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dental care to patients throughout the area.
For Dr. Mee, cosmetic dentistry represents a way to unite many different passions. He has always been drawn to health care and knew from a young age that he wanted to devote his life to helping people achieve wellness. He also has a strong artistic side and is a lover of beauty and aesthetics. He long dreamed of owning his own business and also loves working with his hands. Providing dental care allows him to conjoin all of these facets of his personality at once.
As for his favorite part about being a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Mee says the answer is simple: He loves being able to provide patients with a dramatic before and after, offering them dental results that change their lives and restore their sense of confidence.
Dr. Mee is a graduate of both the University of Redlands and Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He finished dental school at the top of his class and received high honors in esthetic dentistry and education.
Emily started her dental career as a dental assistant and has now been a dental hygienist for 10 years. She chose hygiene because it gave her the opportunity to interact with different people each day and to build lasting relationships with her patients. She is proud to be a part of the State Street Dental team where we strive to offer the best possible care to our patients. Emily enjoys spending time with her husband on date nights and binge watching shows like Game of Thrones.
Marleigh grew up traveling back and forth from Ventura County California to Colorado, calling both places home. She is a Graduate of the Loma Linda University Dental Hygiene Program and is now proud to call this area home. Marleigh is passionate about her career, providing each patient with excellent care by meeting the individual needs of each person, building relationships and the opportunity to feel cared for. Outside of work she is very passionate about getting outdoors and spending time in nature with her husband and their English Springer Spaniel pup.
Caroline grew up in Redlands and is very proud to still be part of this community. She received her dental hygiene degree from Loma Linda University and has now also taken a faculty position at Loma Linda teaching the soon to be dental hygienists. Caroline was Dr. Mees first ever employee, she did spend some time in Northern California but has decided that Redlands is home for her and is back with us again. Patients love her very laid back and down to earth demeanor which compliments her clinical expertise. She enjoys knitting by the fire with her dog Max.
Nienke has worked in the dental field since 2013. Dentistry is a great fit for her because she has always enjoyed caring for others. She is from Redlands which makes it that much sweeter to be caring for her hometown community. State Street Dental is very lucky to have Nienke as part of the team. Nienke will soon be marrying her high school sweetheart and looks forward to starting a family. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, spin class and spending quality time with friends and family.

Came here after being referred by friends and having not so great experiences at my old dentist. I needed a lot of work for cracked molars and some cavities and Dr. Mee put together a comprehensive treatment plan. His staff worked with me and my insurance to maximize my benefits and time the work in a way that made sense. I've been going back for cleanings and every visit to the office is flawless and enjoyable. I've now returned to the office for Invisalign treatment to improve my smile and look forward to the process with this great team.

In and out in about an hour and :15 having one filling replaced and a temp crown installed. Dr. Mee has great technique. His numbing shots were well aimed and painless, very good drill skills too! Pricey if you don't have insurance. good experience overall. Thanks.

Great dentist and staff. Painless procedures and very accommodating of those of us with dental anxiety. Very happy with this office and will continue to be a patient. Would definitely recommend this practice to others looking for a new dentist.

After previous dentists performed subpar work on my teeth, Dr. Mee took the time to identify the issues and make a plan to correct it. Stephanie, Gen, and the staff are so great! I've been going to State Street Dental for 5 years and with each visit, it feels more like a spa - a relaxing and comfortable office always helps with the anxiety of visiting a dentist. Also, his cosmetic dental work that I get to see on others looks amazing too!

Dr. Mee and his staff continue to amaze me. I've never enjoyed going to dental visits, but State Street Dental has changed this for me. The professionalism, technique and attention to detail is what makes this place incredible. I am so happy I've found my favorite dentist and staff! So, thrilled for me and my family. Update- It's been over two years since I've been visiting Dr. Mee and his outstanding team, and I cannot say enough about the quality of care I receive at every visit. Yesterday I went in for a routine cleaning and had the best experience yet again. My hygienist, Heather took her time on each and every one of my teeth and provided me tips to avoid plaque build up. My teeth look so amazing, I'm so happy!!! Dr. Mee and his staff have truly taken care of our family and my husbands beautiful smile is a true testament of this. Beautiful work, and truly caring staff. We truly feel like we won the lottery finding State Street Dental.

Came here for a second opinion on a tooth I was told needed an expensive root canal and got the care I actually needed... a filling! It's been 3 years with no complications, and my kids also have had good experiences. Highly recommend Dr Mee.

I've gone to Dr Mee for years and have always been so happy with his service. Everyone is personable and easy to talk to and never painful with their work. I've had several past dentists try to pressure me into veneers because of the condition of my teeth but not Dr Mee. Even though he specializes in veneers, he still takes the time to discuss all of the options so I could find a solution that worked for my budget. I really appreciate that he looks for each patients best interest. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful office, waiting area has complimentary drinks. Rooms have TVs, one right in front of you and when you lay back there's one on the ceiling. The employees are phenomenal. Cassidy was very personable and sweet and had a gentle touch. Dr. Me is also nice and he's super quick. No long waits. Newbies get a little gift bag as well. This is my new home lol

I had the absolute pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Cassidy yesterday. This was my first time meeting her and she was such a delight! We spent the hour laughing and talking and she was a wealth of knowledge in areas I had questions about. Working with Cassidy felt like catching up with an old friend. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and ensured the sensitive areas around my teeth were avoided. I highly recommend this Dental Office, and I also recommend requesting Cassidy as your hygienist!
