Dr. Laila Salman is a general dentist focused on providing the highest quality of dental care. Dr. Salman received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University. She then graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
After completing dental school, Dr. Salman decided to continue in the advancement of her dental education by completing a hospital-based residency at Loyola University in Chicago. The supple-mental training prepared her to treat complex cases, patients with special medical needs, and emergency care. She went on to practice family and cosmetic dentistry in the South Suburbs of Chicago. She now is extremely excited to continue her practice at State Street Dental.
Dr. Salman stays current with the newest technologies, techniques, and research in dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses each year. She is Invisalign Certified and a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.
