She is a very good dentist but she doesn't know how to talk to the patient ... she is very rude and very disorganized with her time...One day, my appointment was at 3:30 .. she make me waited for 2 hours ... and Yesterday my appointment was at 4:30 ... i got there around 3:30!..... waiting waiting around 4:26 she was done with the patient ... So I though I was next, nop the person who came after 1 hour after me went first ... and all I said " am here first than her" She started yelling at me .. throwing me out of her office and said that she doesn't want to see me ... she has to learn how to be more professional and be kind with her patients...

I don't know how she got good reviews. First of all, her office is very small and dirty, and there's always a dog in the office. which is very rare to see at a dentist's office. The only reason we went there was because she was closer and my mom needed dentures asap. She discriminates against people of different religions, languages, and colors. My mother got dentures from her, and the upper set of teeth were way protruding over the bottom teeth. When she puts them on, it completely changes her appearance. So I took her for reevaluation. Little did I know she would be upset, condescending, and disrespectful. And won't provide any service! So please beware of this rude lady if you don't speak the language like she does or have the same religion or skin color as she does.

I'm shocked to see good reviews. Maybe it's just me. I had the feeling she was discriminating towards me. . She was very rude, condescending and too abrasive both in consultation and in practice. I had to get a cosmetic procedure to correct the work she did . I made the mistake of giving her a 2nd chance to fix a lost filling mainly because it was an emergency and I was desperate and she's close to my home. , again she was very rude and condescending and seemed upset that I had gone elsewhere to fix the giant gap she left in my front teeth. I will never go back there again.

Dr.State is amazing! I had severe tooth infection and needed a root canal. My friends told me root canals were quite painful. However, Dr. State performed a perfect surgery! I had no pain. It's fully healed! I continue to see Dr.State for all my check ups. I highly recommend!

Dr.State is my mother's dentist for a while.We found her through some friends and we are very happy that we met her.The office is beautiful and clean.The staff..the whole team is nice, polite and professional.All the appointments were on time..we never had to wait. Regarding this awful covid situation that we are all through we felt very safe always.We had the temperature checked all the time, everybody was wearing masks and we never been crowded with some other people.So excellent safety guidance. Dr.State is a true gem..she is a beautiful person and a very dedicated and caring doctor. She didn't touch a tooth without X rays first and she always took time to explain in detail all the procedures that are following and most of it ...she managed to release the 'fear of dentist 100%'. So excellent job Dr.State..Have a beautiful year full of happiness and accomplishments. Stay healthy and safe because we all need you! Thank you!

Thank you guys for being so patient I missed my appointment for Monday and I was walking through at 7pm in the evening on Tuesday saw they open sign went in and explained why I could not make it to the appointment and the secretary right away got me the earliest possible appointment which was really kind of her on Wednesday which is rare considering the long wait to get an appointment. The dentist is amazing lady and she takes her time and explains everything beforehand the pros and cons. She tries being as gentle as possible regarding procedures. Feels good to be In Safe hands. Would recommend her to everyone I know. Thanks once again

This is the best clinic ever. I have 2 years going here and thanks to Dr. State i am no longer afraid of dentists. She is very patient and takes her time to explain you everything she does during the procedure. The little angel Axelica makes my visit more enjoyable and makes me forget about the local anesthesias i have to get sometimes I would rate this clinic and dr.State 1000 stars if would be possible Thank you dr. Although she is a good dentist, she is not professional at all. While she was cleaning my teeth, she was also going back and forth with the other patient who was waiting to see her. She was yelling loudly, she could have first finished what she has started that was cleaning my teeth, then she could have yelled or do whatever she likes. Everything in the office is clean, well kept, and she apologized later to me for being loud with other patient. In future please make sure to first finish the procedure, and learn to be professional.

The best dentist experience I have had so far. Doctor State is very professional, intelligent and caring. I recommended her to my friends who have the same experience like mine. Now I want recommend her to everyone who really needs solve their teeth problems and put a nice smile on their face.

I was referred to this office by a very close friend of mine who owns a dental lab. Although he is collaborating with lot of dentists in NYC, he proposed blindly Dr. Ligia State to me. I was a little hesitant at the beginning (nobody wants to change the current dentist especially when there is no significant problem) but I decided to give it a try after his dithyrambic reviews/descriptions. Guess what: he was totally right! I 've been here more than 4 times already (root canals, fillings e.t.c.) and always have a great, smooth experience. The staff and Dr. Ligia are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time and money. Dr. Ligia is very professional and a perfectionist. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.
