I'll never go back to this dental office. The first time I came the girl was giving me a teeth clean and as she was scraping she was being so rough she chipped my tooth and it was super sensitive and even went so rough she accidentally stabbed me in the cheek. The second time I went was yesterday and got fillers and he attempted to fill my back teeth only to leave me with a swollen face and the worst tooth pain I've had ever. He was also very rude. My mouth was still hurting after the anesthesia shot he gave me and was still drilling on my teeth. Even after I said it was still hurting he kept grinding down my teeth and I literally couldn't help but move. Like nobody can sit still while it feels like there's fire in your mouth. He said "WELL IF ITS SO SENSITIVE THEN I CANT DO IT" while slamming the tools on the tray and stomping his way out of the room. Even the assistant was like "hold on I'll get him" and he came back and gave me more of the numbing shot and that's literally all I needed. Was more of the numbing medicine. He shouldn't work somewhere where patience is needed if he can't have patience. I've never cried leaving the dentist office until I went to State Ave Dental Office. I was in tears and embarrassed. He needs to be fired.

What a great Dentist Office with such a great staff!!! With my current situation, going to the dentist is a very sensitive thing for me and my previous dentist office was horrible and honestly made me feel so embarrassed and ashamed that I never wanted to go to another dentist, but again with my current situation I had no choice so my sister found this office. And from the moment we walked in the ladies in the front were very friendly! And then the assistants were great! I really wish I remembered this gentlemen's name because he made me feel so comfortable..and that's saying a lot.. all around he made my appointment as comfortable as possible and I am very grateful for him. It's a very emotional process for me and I Thank him for being so kind..and at the end, when I was setting up another appointment another lady came up to me and was very very sweet..I highly recommend this dentist office and appreciate the staff for being so welcomed and kind!!!!

I left there In More pain then I came with and dr gave me ibuprofen for pain with a Really bad tooth infection I also informed them that I am allergic to penicillin so they gave me an anabiotic of amoxicillin seriously reconsider your choice if you chose this dentist

Very deceptive business practices. They charge you at the beginning of your services and at the end. Way overpriced, and dental assistant and receptionist are very rude.

I went in a couple of weeks ago and told him it was I was still in pain and he gave me another prescription for pain medication but never looked at the tooth and it was infected and when I went back it was all swelled up and he wasn't there so his assistant gave me another anabiotic and I went back today and he did an x-ray and said it looked good just to finish the anabiotic and not use the rent so I get conflicting stories

My previous dentist moved out of the state, and since then I have been on a search for another. I look for 3 things when visiting the dentist: 1. Professional and kind staff 2. Knowledgeable dentist who cares 3. Gentle on the mouth as I have very sensitive teeth I had an appointment first thing in the morning. I arrived 7 minutes before my new patient exam, and it took me less than 5 minutes to be called back (I always time these sort of things). They immediately took me back to a chair and walked me through the process - X-rays and then exam done by the doctor. X-rays were quick, staff were friendly. I heard Dr. Chang walking around to staff and patients (including myself) greeting each one. I thought that was really nice and was impressed. Back in the chair, they used a cool pen-looking device to take imaging of my teeth. They have a tv screen right above the chair so you can actually see all the pictures of your teeth. None of my previous dental offices had this set up. Thought it was a good touch. The wait for the dentist, Dr Blum, was very short. I have very sensitive teeth and he was helpful to walk me through why and what I can do about it. I was nervous but he put me at ease. Thank you. Roberto cleaned my teeth, and he was very gentle. Cleanings make me very nervous, but this one wasn't bad at all. I was given some toothpaste samples for my sensitive teeth which is more than past dentists. I really appreciated it! Check out was fast and easy, and they printed off my next appointment reminder. Nice touch, considering most reminders are written on, not printed. I thought the doctors were very nice, and couldn't be happier with their services or the level of technology used at this clinic. I will be back, and look forward to it. Hopefully my teeth will still be in good condition. :) I highly recommend this office, and if you speak Spanish they have plenty of translators available.

Im currently on treatment for braces at State Avenue Dental, and I'm so pleased with how quick I'm seeing results on my teeth. I had an extraction a few days ago and I was very nervous; but Dr Chang made everything run so smoothly, and was able to calm me and give me reassurance about my extraction; the extraction was so quick and no issues after. The staff is amazing , all the assistants and Drs. , Front staff so amazing ,
