The staff was professional and knowledgeable ,I would definitely refer friends and family to this facility. I went for my teeth (dentures)last week and I have to admit the pain was bit uncomfortable but expected and tolerable, I am very pleased with the results and again the staff was prompt and professional. I have already given recommendations to friends and family. Thank you for restoring my smile. God bless to all.

I usually do not leave reviews, but feel this time my visit was incredibly unpleasant and so I'm writing one here to let others be informed. I had scheduled a regular general cleaning using insurance. Under my insurance, cleaning, exams, and xrays are covered completely. However, I came in to the office and they said I had a copay of $33 as I was a new patient and they had to give me a "comprehensive periodontal evaluation". I feel like this should have been explained to me when I scheduled the appointment, but they did not mention that I had to pay anything when I scheduled. Decided to go ahead with it since I was already physically at the office and just wanted to get a cleaning done. Come the examination, and they told me I had to get a "deep" cleaning based on my situation. They refused to even do a general cleaning which was what I requested and scheduled for. In case anyone wants to know, the deep cleaning even after my insurance would have costed over $300 out of pocket, a very hefty price. Now I've been to several different dentists before and while at times they would recommend a deep cleaning, it was always a recommendation following a general cleaning. But at this practice, they outright refused to even do a general cleaning. Upon asking why they say it doesn't take care of the problem. Although I understand that without a deep cleaning, there will still be some plaque, the bottom line is I didn't request a deep cleaning, I requested a general cleaning. So from a patient's point of view, I feel completely misled. I didn't get what I requested for, which was regular cleaning, and I got charged $33 for a 10-15 minute "comprehensive periodontal evaluation for new patient". I wanted a regular exam and cleaning, and they gave me what I realized was a periodontal exam in which I had to pay a copay for. I don't believe I had any indications gum disease to really warrant that exam instead of a normal oral exam. To say the least, I honestly feel scammed. I came in thinking I will get a cleaning. I left getting charged for a comprehensive exam and no cleaning. Sure the dentists may be great and have great technique and experience, but I would not recommend this practice to anyone based on how my experience went.

I was in Arizona visiting and had a dental emergency, I was referred by a friend and Dr. Brian was wonderful. I'm one that is freighted to go to the dentist and he was gentle, professional and I couldn't be happier with my results.

They're amazing! I love how friendly the staff is, they're super nice & made sure I was comfortable! Dr.Truong is really nice & reassuring. I've been so scared of the dentist and have had bad experiences previously with an old dentist and he made me feel good and not scared! His work is also amazing, I had 2 root canals & he made sure I was completely ok and healed! I would highly recommend him and his staff because of the amazing service they give ! :)

I came here twice to get my wisdom teeth removed due to an immense amount of pain! The first time I called them and they told me I could come in even though it was close to their closing time and I am so thankful for them accepting me!! The staff are all so very nice, patient, and informative. They got me in and out for both extractions.

Insurance Scam - Beware I would be very cautious about using this practice. My kids went in for a 6 month cleaning and exam. There was no hygienist, just the doctor and an assistant, no real cleaning was preformed that I could see, I was watching over all three kids the whole time. My kids, who have never had a cavity (ages 7-11) suddenly had multiple cavities. The doctor provided no recommendations on better oral care when I asked, just said "teeth look good, can fill cavities today". They instantly got me the paperwork to sign away for 4 cavities and 4 sealants. I'll say, the clinic is a well oiled machine, they try to get you to sign for all the treatment before you give it a second thought. We have state insurance so they billed for all this treatment and I am not kidding, he somehow took less than 3 minutes per mouth to fill these "cavities" and do the sealants. No drill, no numbing medications. Just in, out, done in absolute record time. Again, with no education, no real cleaning, and then he was gone. Fast forward 7 months when we went to a different clinic for cleanings and exams and my daughter who had the sealants done no longer had the sealants and I had to pay for a repair. Sealants should not come off in 7 months. I filed a complaint with insurance so they will be on their radar as over-billing or an insurance scam. This doctor is not about quality care. I could never recommend them to anyone!

State 48 Dental is the best and Dr. Brian is a fantastic dentist. Awesome staff. Everyone is so professional and nice every time. They made me and my kids feel so comfortable and so welcomed.

I am very happy with the work done by the 48 State Dental. My teeth feel and look good. Many people have complemented my teeth. Everyone in this office is very kind and helpful. Dr. Truong is a very detail oriented and skillful dentist who always does his best to take a great care of patients and make sure that patients are comfortable and happy with the service. The service fee here is quite affordable. The office is equipped with advanced dental technology and high-quality dental materials so the treatments and diagnoses are very successful and accurate. My whole family come here for dental care and we are all very happy.

I have personal experience working with Drs. Tramy and Brian Truong and would highly recommend them. It is a family feel at this office (they are brother and sister) and they make all their patients feel very at home. Many offices in Arizona are unfortunately corporate dental chain type places. If you are looking for something different and want a personal relationship with dentists that really care about their patients you will not find a better office than this one
