Dr. Roth grew up in the small historic town of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The pace was slow and the community small. The town cared for each other and looked out for each other. He worked hard in school, wrestled his way to State, and always held down 2-3 jobs at a time. He learned that the path to achieving more was working harder. He was the first in his family to graduate from college in 1996 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri Columbia.
After three years as a Mechanical Engineer designing cooling towers and creating innovative land fill design, Dr. Roth realized he missed meaningful interaction with people. He had always dreamed of a career as a dentist and decided to pursue the dream. He was accepted to the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in the fall of 1999.
As a 2003 Graduate of the UMKC School of Dentistry, Dr. Roth decided to combine his knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and his passion for dentistry to pursue a career as an Orthodontist. The mechanics of using brackets and wires to move teeth into an aesthetic and functional smile was a natural transition. Dr. Roth started his post graduate work as an Orthodontic Specialist in 2005.
After 8 years of practicing exclusively Orthodontics, Dr. Roth became aware that Kansas City was under served in the area of Pediatric Dentistry. His orthodontic patients had limited choices of providers and often had long wait times or difficulty scheduling. When he saw these delays and their effect on treatment, he made the decision to return to school one last time.
In 2015 Dr. Roth completed a specialty in Pediatric Dentistry at Childrens Hospital of Colorado Denver. He now offers all of the quality and convenience that families need and want from a dental practice. Dr. Roths character is defined by hard work and by a passion to provide kids with a great start to oral health.
