Here at Start Smiling, we like to pamper our patients during their dental examinations and procedures. Youll find our procedure rooms well litand immaculately clean at all times. We offer neck and back pillows for yourcomfort and personalized Pandora playlists for the listening pleasure of each of our patients. Each room features a pull down television screen, should our patients choose to catch up with their Netflix or Hulu favorites during their procedure. In addition, we provide paraffin hand-wax treatments to keep you at at ease. Were focused on remaining cutting-edge in our practice, so our procedure rooms are equipped with the technology necessary to provide 3D imaging, digital X-rays, oral-cancer detection, digital impressions, and one-hour crowns. We perform all dental procedures from fillings and extractions, to crowns, implants, and smile makeovers right on-site.

The one star review is only for the front staff team and " THE NEW MANAGEMENT " . They are absolutely irresponsible, disorganized, careless, dishonest and extremely unprofessional!!!!!! This has nothing to do with Dr Sayeg he is amazing. It took me 8 months to get my money back ( by disputing the charge through Amex).This practice is not in my network and I had an emergency situation also it was the end of the year .Everytime that I went there I paid upfront. So I never had a balance . But what makes me extremely frustrated and angry is because they would not file the claim with my insurance company, so I had to call them constantly to file and when they finally filed they asked the insurance company to receive the payment ! I already paid them the full amount which was thousands ! So they should not be asking the insurance company to receive the money and cash the checks !!!!!!! Who does that ???!!!!!!I was the one who was supposed to get the money ! Overall It was a very unpleasant experience and disappointing!

I had such an amazing experience at this dental office! The staff had great customer service! I went in for composite bonding for my teeth. Dr. Mark Sayeg and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the outcome of my procedure, he did an awesome job! The process didn't take long at all, and it was painless. I look forward to returning to get other work done. I highly recommend this dental office!

Very professional and friendly establishment. They take their time and listen to your concerns and address any questions you may have. Latest dental technology equipment. The practice will work with you financially to complete your treatment plan. You just have to go for yourself to see!..lol PS. I'm a big ol baby when it comes to the dentist. So don't take this review lightly!!!

They will not help you. Instead of telling me that they are no longer in my insurance network, they proceeded with my cleaning ANYWAY, and then presented me with a +$600 bill. Check your insurance people, every.single.time.

Last posted a review 6 years ago and still at Start Smiling Dental under the care of Dr. Sayeg and newer team member Dr. Lior. Been my dentist for close to 20 years and the only dentist my 17 yr old has known! Can't imagine going anywere else!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The staff is nice and welcoming. The dentist was very nice and personable as well. The dentist had to do my cleaning and while I thought it would be painful, as I am use to woman doing my cleaning and I feel woman are not as heavy handed I will admit I did not feel any pain at all. The dr did apologized to me, just incase I felt any pain and it made me feel as though he was mindful and caution to not be so heavy handed while doing my cleaning. Made me feel happy and appreciative. Jade the dental assistant was nice and patient with me during my x-rays.

I highly highly recommend this place. If you care about your smile and how the end result will look, go and check them out. Staff is highly knowledgeable and they do great work. They actually care about and take pride in their work. Give them a call and I can assure you...you won't be disappointed. There's a reason for the 5 STARRs. Doctor Lior is the best. I had a dental emergency and have been unimpressed with the dentist I utilize for routine cleanings. With little time to research, I took a referral from a friend for Dr. Sayeg. I was able to get a fast appointment based on my issue, and received tremendous service. Dr. Sayeg explained what he recommended, and why, and before any work was started they were able to provide me an estimate to ensure no late surprises. The work Dr. Sayeg performed was great. Looking at my smile, you cannot tell the initial reason was for my appointment. The entire office staff was friendly and professional. I actually found a dentist that is more than just a "routine teeth cleaner".

I have been Dr Sayeg patient for 30 years who my kids are incredibly little;) i've always been treated very well with the best of care! Traffic was terrible it was raining I was 30 minutes late and they still took care of me!! Very grateful
