He earned his residency specialty in Periodontics. My journey started in June. I came to Dr. Paul feeling broken and defeated. I had two consultations with dental surgeons before seeing Dr. Paul and the consults made me feel like they only wanted the financial gain from the surgery. They had no interest in my overall satisfaction like my previous surgeon. They both suggested the "All on 4". My previous surgery added to the complication of my case. I new they where not the right surgeons for me. I made my appointment for Dr. Paul, I was nervous thinking I would never find the right dentist but kept an open mind. The moment I walked into the office I was greeted by two lovely ladies. Candice and Jessica, they gave me the warmest welcome Ever. They made me comfortable the minute I walked foot in the door. The time came for me to finally meet Dr. Paul and all of my fears literally faded away. He took his time; took in considerations all the trauma I have been through and made his medical suggestions of an "All on 6". I was not left in the dark about this procedure for one minute. Dr. Paul took his time with my visit. He explained everything. He wanted me to know that he cared, and I felt that energy from the entire office. This procedure is NOT cheap and there where so many times I just wanted to give up. We where still in the prime of a pandemic and I have get over 35,000.00 of mandatory dental work done. I wanted to literally scream. Candice checked on me almost every week or every other week. She encouraged me not to give up, she gave me hope when I wanted to just crawl into a hole. I finally saved up enough to start my procedure and once again the office called and gave me every little detail that I needed to prepare for my surgery. They made sure I had all my medications called in and organized. The day of my surgery I was anxious and super emotional. Once again, the office gave me reassurance and eased my nerves. Even the anesthesiologist came out and talked to me and let my mother know step by step what his job. He wanted us to feel comfortable being I would be put to sleep. My case was not an easy one being I previously went to another dentist and Dr. Paul and his team had to rearrange everything. They did an AWESOME job!!!. When I finally was able to see my teeth, I cried. The journey was so long but so worth it. During my follow up Dr. Alan was also awesome during my 3 week visit and made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my postop questions. I found more than a dentist... I found a family at Start Smiling. They literally changed my life! I will forever be grateful for the way everyone went over and beyond for me. I have not stopped smiling and I will continue to smile because of Dr. Paul. Beautiful staff, elegant clean office, always keeping communication with their patients, answering all questions, being available anytime.... this is what makes a doctor's office more than just an office, Start Smiling feels like home. I have told so many people about my experience, and I will continue because this place deserves it!

I have been seeing Dr Paul for about 4 years now when he installed my first implants. The staff is the best from start to finish. They are not only, knowledgeable and professional, but personable, proficient and virtually pain free. I wouldn't trade them for anything and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs, but has put off getting implants; You won't be disappointed. Dr Paul you're the best brother!
