Dr. Saparia and his staff were great! Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Saparia took his time and explained everything that was going on, and made sure that I knew all the options available for my treatment. I highly recommend StarBright dental!

I just want to thank Dr Saparia for personally reaching out to me about a misunderstanding with the insurance coverage and I know most dentist would not have done what he has done and I highly appreciate him and his staff for helping me get things cleared up as well as being very professional.

My dentist at Northshore sent me to StarBright for a tooth extraction and she said they were good. She was right and they were really the nicest group of people.

Northshore dental clinic couldn't remove my painful tooth, so they gave me two referrals for two different offices to get it done. One office in Merrillville and this office in East Chicago. I called both places. The Merrillville dentist had a three week wait for the consultation. This office offered me a next day appointment so obviously I decided to come here. I saw the dentist Dr. Saparia for my consult. He examined me, went over what I needed done, and what to expect. He was courteous and professional. I was scheduled only two days later for the procedure and it was completed gracefully with no issue. Many thanks to the Starbright dental office for the excellent service, but more importantly I'm glad my tooth pain is gone. Five stars. Recommended.

Called for several days due to an insurance issue. Insurance verified nothing was wrong and for StarBright to contact them to get proof and fax verification that my insurance was indeed active and the Receptionist up front has had the most nastiest attitude and was no help at all and stated she does not call anybody. When I asked for her name and who she reports to only her name was given (Acta) after several times asking even stated she was the manager and never gave me the name of who she reports too. Everyday that I called and and stated what the insurance issue was all she repeatedly kept saying was "It doesn't matter". Maybe try and get some more professional people up front who answer the phones. This is exactly how I know you don't know what your talking about and lying Dr Cheng helped me with what I needed that's how I got a referral in the first place common sense would tell u that. And u never offered other services just kept saying "it doesn't matter" I'm excited to know you all know of me. And Dr Cheng contacted me right away with no problem and I can still be seen by them with no problem speak what you know sweetie! Like I said before get more professional people and they never referred u to me. And as Dr Cheng stated not to even go back to u go to where I was first referred too. Speak what u know Ms Acta!

I seen Dr. Saparia and Dr. Ahmed. I live in Hammond and everyone I called was booked for at least a few weeks. I got an appointment the same day as an emergency, with Starbright Dental in East Chicago and it was only a 5 min drive for me. I had a bad tooth. Paperwork was quick. Xrays were easy. Dr. Saparia cleaned my teeth, gave me antibiotics and the pain went away. He was really helpful. I had to come back a week later after I finished the antibiotics, and I got the tooth pulled with Dr. Ahmed. He got the tooth out quick and felt no pain. The assistants are pretty cool and friendly. I have no complaints am very happy with the services.

Nice place for my 3 year old son but when it came to mommy they just move to slow when it came to receiving my x rays...They called me back two months later regarding my situation by then I had already become discouraged with the work being done. I have brought my son back recently and now lets just see what happens, and I havent even started with my mouth yet! Lets try this again , however this dentist does keep a clean facility! Ill keep everyone updated!! #Facts

Just had my visit and loved the dentist. Dr. Saparia is very good. I had my cleaning done and did an amazing job. I didn't feel any pain. He is good, very kind, and I would recommend him to everyone.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Saparia since the day he opened and we could not be more pleased. He's kind, patient, and great with children. Totally takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

its nice to go to this dentist that takes the time to discuss with to you and gives you options. i'm happy with the dental work here. there were no surprises or upselling and i felt the dentist was honest and cares about helping you and not pressuring you to do something you don't want.

I am really happy with Starbright Dental! My kids and I have been patients here for about 5 years now, and I can tell you each time we come they are super friendly and attentive. I can get a dental appointment pretty quickly and the dentist is awesome. What more could I ask for?
