The doctor is extremely patient and kind. The nurse explained everything thoroughly and they completed my daughter's treatment pretty quickly despite the office being busy.

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the employees. They walked me through every step I have needed for my son to get the aligners for his mouth. Kristen the manager there was extremely nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely top notch service, straightforward on what i needed and what my options were, willing to work with traveling folk, and turned my walk in "what is wrong" into the appointment where they fixed my problem. I will be going back, knowing there is stuff i had to put off, but waiting to be in the area with this team again.

If I could rate this place zero I would . I've had two family members go to this dentist and let me just say it was awful. As if they have no knowledge on what they are actually doing . My brother went to them to get a tooth pulled and half way through yanking and pulling they told him they couldnt pull it sent him home with NO medicine. My dad went to them a few days ago and they left him sitting in a ER for hours. The lady who pulled his tooth out went in with some type on saw and cut an ARTERY in his gums sent him home just for him to fill a bathroom sized trash can with blood !!! The er did everything they could to stop the bleeding and it is now day 3 and it's still bleeding he is in so much pain and can't even eat a meal .

If I could give this dentist zero stars I would. I have never had such an awful experience at the dentist. The dental assistant who took me to the back for X-rays was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. After she was done I waited for the dentist for 45+ minutes. When the dentist came in she didn't say anything to me and was very rude as well. She began my cleaning and it was the most aggressive cleaning I've ever had in my life. She was very rough, had water all over my face and running down my neck. I didn't even finish my cleaning because she was so aggressive. I walked out of that office completely traumatized and in tears from the experience I had. The only nice part about my experience there was when the office manager came in to check on me after the dentist who did a chop job on my cleaning left without apologizing. I would absolutely never recommend this dentist to anyone.

The staff is always kind. Although i've never been introduced to my dentist. They keep things clean and sanitized. The staff definitely calms my nerves and anxiety at the office

The whole experience for me was extremely nice and professional setting and a great dentist and great staff . And I'm honestly mad I let anyone else touch my teeth . The are notably better than any other dentist I have ever been to .

I want to offer my thoughts and experience with Star Smiles Dentistry of Kerrville Texas! The office staff are kind respectfull and personable! The dentist is OUTSTANDING!!! No matter what your needs they work with you feel for you and the quality of care and heart they offer is OFF THE CHARTS!!!! felt appritiation is all I can say! Today is a Gold Star Day! Thanks to Sterling and the awesome staff at Star Smiles in Kerrville, Texas I will gladly give them five stars. Sterling is the Office Manager and was especially awesome. As soon as walk you through the door until the time you walk out you are treated with respect and you will walk out, no matter what procedure you've had done with a smile. I would recommend star smiles to anyone wanting a teeth cleaning ,more extensive work Star Smiles is up for the challenge. call and speak with Sterling, the office manager. She'll walk you through step by step how everything's going to be and that's exactly the way it will be. She runs a tight ship with a smile the staff is very courteous.They explain what they're doing with your procedure and with that you're out at ease. Star Smiles by far exceeded my expectations so give them a shot. Like I said A Gold Star Day!!!!

Waited almost an hour and couldnt wait any more, had to meet a customer. Told them this the day before and they still made me wait a long time.
