Don't waste your time staff is HORRIBLE! You won't get an appointment any time soon even if your an established patient.

Took my husband there for years and they have been nothing but the best. They treat you how you treat them. People are generally more critical when in pain, but some of these complaints are ridiculous!

Grandson had one visit with Melanie, she was great. Made 2 more appointments, had issue to discuss called x8, left messages, no return call. No one ever answers phone. Most unprofessional and dismissive organization ever dealt with. Will not be returning!!

I have had dental work here done once and it was great. The girls working on my teeth were very gentle and very nice. Made me feel very comfortable. After that, ai went back for X-rays and that went well, too. At the x-ray appointment (only my second time going to this place), I scheduled an appointment to have a broken tooth removed. This tooth had a root canal done on it a few years back, so it doesn't hurt. Today, I went in for my appointment which was scheduled for 1pm. When I told the receptionist my name and appointment time, she told me my appointment was scheduled for 10:30 this morning. I explained that I confirmed and appointment for today at 1pm, not 10:30 AM and showed her the appointment card with the date and time. She said, "Oh, yeah, you're right but since you didn't call to confirm, we had to cancel." I told her I left a message on the machine to confirm the appointment. I was then told I didn't call back by the "deadline" so they had to cancel my appointment. I said, "It would've been nice if someone told me I had to call by a certain time..." But, apparently if you don't call before noon the day before your appointment, even if you leave a message, it gets cancelled. What....the hell is that?! I mean, I get it that they want to put someone else into that appointment because they have so many on the wait list. But, cancelling an appointment for someone who confirms they will be there is NOT FAIR to that person. I could see if I left the message later in the day like, 4PM...but no. It was 1:00. Seems like this place is very inconvenient. You wait forever for an appointment. When you finally GET the appointment...it gets rescheduled anyways.

They took over a year to have trays done for my husband. He was supposed to have them once radiation was done and they never sent the trays to be made. Find out the mold had to be redone. 3 times we went back to have the mold redone for the trays. Eventually they called to reschedule an appointment due to covid and never called back.

I've been going here for years and it's been hit or miss. Today the receptionists were rude and the dentist was good. Sometimes the dentists have been rough. I think I'm changing once my implants are finished. The appointments are too spread out. I got a root canal today started and I dont go back for 5 weeks, they cant squeeze me in. That is bad healthcare .

I had bad pain in my right tooth. I called the dental a day before going in ,I go in this morning I see all new workers i was hoping this would have been a success! But it wasn't the doctor came she took x rays it was fine until the guy doctor came in very run and aggressive with my painful tooth . After me telling him it was the nerve in my tooth he tells me I have to bang on your tooth which is not true I've been going there for years the older guy usually works on my teeth .. I couldn't finish my appointment I got out the chair to seek other help and it wasn't helpful and leaving there with my tooth still painful with nothing done my nerve in my tooth are hurting very bad and I got no help .. bad care!

The lady in the front is rude as hell, she doesnt know what she doing because at first she rejected my insurance then after she said she take it. And the doctor who checked my teeth was the student and seem not professional

wouldn't even give one star to this place. You don't ever see a dentist only see the student staff . If there's a problem the dentist should come forth and talk to the patient and not just read reports ,you can't examine a person by just a piece of paper you need to go look for yourself .this place is a complete joke should not be allowed to actually practice on true people unless their bosses are going to be hovering over them watching to make sure they don't make mistakes. Guarantee anybody that's had work there within a couple of months it's going to fall apart or you're going to wined up in pain or with such a deadly infection that's goes to go into your blood stream. No wonder St. Luke's doesn't want nothing more to do with these people !!!!!! St. Luke's doesn't want to take the liability that's why they want their name off of everything ...!!! Too many horror stories from this place from many people but yet they failed to have those stories posted up online let's see how long this stays up !!!

I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE AGAIN. I BEEN THERE 5 TIMES. THE LAST VISIT, THEY REFUSED TO PAY THE INSURANCE COMPANY UNTIL THEY WERE FORCED TO BY LAW DURING A PHONE CONFERENCE WITH MAGELLAN HEADQUARTERS OFFICE IN UTAH. MAKING A EMERGENCY APPT: IS A NIGHTMARE WITH THESE PEOPLE. TWICE I SAT THERE WAITING FOR A CANCELLATION TH A T NEVER HAPPENED. 7-12 DAYS LATER FOR A EMERGENCY APPT: IS NOT A EMERGENCY APPT: EMERGENCY APPT: IS 1- 2 DAYS LATER. NOT 1 TO 2 WEEKS LATER. VERY DISORGANIZED & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Awesome!! Very kind and understanding. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. Quality Dentistry without all the commercialization and hype of high end dentists trying to upgrade you and put you into debt for years.

The two ladies at the window were extremely unprofessional. Messed up our appointment, then had the nerve to be smart with us. They then continued to talk smack loud behind the window. Extremely disappointed with this dental clinic.

My brother has had four abscessed teeth since October. The first time the X-ray machine was down, second time they didn't feel comfortable doing the extractions because his PCP reffered was a nurse practitioner not a Doctor. He went again and was told to come back. Frustrated he stopped trying all together. He has been in pain since and finally I convinced him to try again in hopes they would finally fix the issue. Appointment was made for 1pm and arrived 30 minutes early. Once back from their lunch break they insisted his appointment was scheduled for 8:30am SIMPLY NOT TRUE! then said sorry can't see you. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
