The sweetest receptionists, hygienists, and dentist! Im terrible with names, but I do know Kim was very VERY helpful in understanding my insurance and how this will all play out.Context: I came in after taking very bad care of my teeth for two years. I have horrible experiences with dentists in terms of feeling like Im a paycheck versus a patient. This office was the opposite of all my past experiences. I was not judged what so ever, they explained everything in detail, but also made sure I understood I need to do my part at home to help recover my teeth at this point.Again theyre also working heavily to make sure I get as much covered by my insurance as possible and as someone who lives paycheck to paycheck this is very important to me.Nonjudgmental, transparent, and I feel like Im getting cared for and that they care about me getting better so I dont have to be there frequently, just once a year for cleanings which is my goal!Heres to hoping this remains this way, but I cant imagine why it wouldnt
This is the most amazing group of caring people! They are truly invested in your success as a patient! You come into a smile and someone who knows your name, at the front desk. My hygienist makes me feel calm and the doctor takes the time to make me feel important! There is no better place! I came here with an emergency broken tooth and right away they made me feel like Id been here for years. Stars and hearts all the way around!!!!!
I have chosen Star City Dental as my dentist for several years now. The dentists here are very nice, careful, and respectful of my wishes for scheduling dental work. Though they are very knowledgeable, I don't feel pushed to do what I may call non urgent dentistry until I'm ready. They also make sure I'm comfortable during any procedure. The office staff is always good at contacting insurance to let me know in advance what I may owe. I would recommend this business.
This place rocks!! I was a new patient, and was definitely impressed with the care I received! Angie (I believe that was her name) was so good to me! She made sure I could understand everything & was comfortable. She also got to know me on a personal level which is so important to me. Dr. Mimi was great! They both made sure that they minimized cost for me as much as possible but also assured they were giving me the appropriate care my teeth need. Definitely will be spreading the word!

People are friendly and they have a very clean environment. I love when you have to have a crown and they make the permanent tooth right there while you wait so you dont have to go back in 2 weeks. Awesome team to work with.

Had a chipped front tooth. Called for an appointment and was able to go in the next day! Greeted by name as I entered. Called right back, both dentist and assistant were polite and kind. The chipped tooth was fixed. Spent less than 20 minutes in the chair. Highly recommend this dentist office!

Dr Long and Star City Staff, are very thorough and considerate both in the office and over the phone...They are always open to my questions and willing to get the answers and verify that my questions and/or concerns are answered fully, to my satisfaction.. I'm very confident in the work they do each time I have anything done..

I have been coming to this office for over 10 years. Great office facility. I love the modern look of this office. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in with the friendly staff greeting you and the modern equipment giving confidence that they know what they are doing. The staff is very friendly and professional. They are good at what they do. As my family has grown, we continue our dental care here. Highly recommend Star City Dental. The staff are indeed stars at what they do.

Star City Dental is amazing!! All of their staff are friendly and professional. I have dental anxiety and Star City Dental has been amazing! I no longer am filled with anxiety at the mere thought of going to the dentist - THANK YOU STAR CITY DENTAL!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing this dental office is! They have worked with both an oral surgeon and orthodontist to get me the best treatment options and have made sure all involved were on the same page!

Dr Fulton has been my dentist for over 10 years. She always greets you with a smile and makes sure to educate you and answer all of your questions. Star City Dental is by far the best!
