Star Bright Dental is amazing they truly care about their patients and go the extra mile to show it, I recently had an emergency and they took me in right away .definitely would recommend Star Bright Dental to anyone before any other Dentist Their work is top notch and they really work with you to make you comfortable. Came in because i saw that the place had decent reviews and wanted to check it out. I immediately left after I heard the owner blatantly screaming at his workers in the back room, this is not how you treat your employees in any business. I will not support any business that abuses their employees. I will be also contacting the BBB in regards to what I witnessed and recorded.

Dr. Alex and all of his staff are awesome, They made me feel welcomed since the first day i walked in , he made sure i left home with no pain. He is really patient explaining his procedures and makes sure you feel comfortable. He is really experienced and knowledgeable , love how he explain the after care process and follow up with me to see how I was doing. Thank you Star Bright Dental ..

Dr. Alex is taking great care of my teeth! He is not in my insurance network, but I don't want to leave. I totally agree with Trisha now, his skill is very good. He patiently explained how he could help with my toothache. Plus, I always feel welcome, very comfortable when I come here, which I can hardly find anywhere else. I believe the doctor to be thorough and does quality work. However, I felt a little pressure from the staff to spend a lot of money for the procedures without compassion for the out of pocket costs (I had no insurance).

I've come to believe that the fear of dental work was all in my head. I'm 28 years old and I haven't had my cavities worked on since I was a kid around 13 years old. I hardly used to floss until Dr Nguyen explained so I understand the value of flossing. I've had bad experiences as a child with dentists, and it's been hard to trust any dentist since. Dr Nguyen at Star Bright Dental is an Angel!!! A gift from God! He genuinely listens and understands what I fear, and why! Today was my first appointment of actually getting some real work done. Until today, I've only let them clean my teeth. We got a Tooth prepped for a crown in 2 weeks and a wisdom tooth removed! My boyfriend just got 3 wisdom teeth out and an implant, and his hygiene is sooo good now. It got me wanting to get the same results. Furthermore, today was a scary day for me but SOOO SUCCESSFUL. I am sooo proud of myself for focusing on the fact that we're lucky to have a dentist as good as Dr Nguyen. During procedure: When I needed a break to breathe today, I raised my hand, and he stopped and was super nice about the time it took to allow my mind and claustrophobia to calm down again. I lay back down and continue again. After a while, my mind trusted him so much, and his assistants are just as amazing, that I wasn't so scared anymore. If you are scared to death of dentists, this is the spot for you!!! I'm sooo glad I found them because I NEEDED work done ASAP on my teeth or they were going to get a lot worse. Thank you Dr Nguyen, Trina, and all the assistants (sorry I don't remember all your names) you guys are rockstars!!!

When I first contacted this dental office my impression was of a very friendly lady answering the phone and very helpful booked an appointment for a Saturday and my journey began. meet with the dentist who was really friendly and made me feel comfortable as we all know a dentist is not where we want to be. Well these people are all friendly Kevin, Trina, David omg what a staff of super nice people very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond to say the least. Trina and Dr worked with me and my diabetes dr to make sure I was clear to get my dental work done, not bad for being new to this dental office. These people go above and beyond highly recommended for any dental work needed. I am very happy and extremely satisfied with the high quality of work and the restfulness every time

This is the best experience at a dental office I have ever had. Everyone has treated me with respect, and made me feel relaxed. I am very pleased with my treatment I have received. Not just the professional, and friendly service, but also the skill of the dentist. Not only do I come here, but also my adult kids come for the same treatment. I can not say enough good things about my treatment I received. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I have not been back for a good min. But I am surprised w/the new staff nd how well they treated me. David took my xrays, nd Lisa did my cleaning, nd they we well knowledged nd so friendly. The doc nd Trina have always been my fav nd thats y I have been coming here. THNK U STAR BRIGHT DENTAL

Dr. Nguyen is the best doctor I have come across. He takes the time to explain what my dental issues are, how they have come about, what he can do to help me fix them, and how to prevent them from the future. I genuinely enjoy coming here every time and seeing the staff's lovely faces.

From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. This is coming from a person that is deathly afraid of the dentist. You get a warm welcome when you come in the front door. The dentist and assistants are very caring. They take their time to explain each step and why you need it. Highly recommended Star Bright Dental.

Warm and friendly office with a hard-working dentist. Trina and the whole staff are great and accommodating! They stayed late for my dental work and helping me apply for care credit. I love the text reminders and the flexibility they give clients. I was surprised that the dentist was able to save my tooth without the extensive root canal that I was told I needed. Definitely would recommend to friends.

I believe the reason this place has such a high rating is because of the excellent demeanor and service that is provided. We had an emergency situation and were attended within an hour of calling in. The young gal at the front was friendly in a typical intake sort of way (ie somewhat cookie cutter, not downplaying it, just it's what I typically get at medical offices). The above and beyond came from the attending doctor and his attendants. Extremely kind and gentle with the person who needed the work done. I couldn't be more grateful with the way they handled their job. Seriously, top notch. In being objective, I do believe that one person there could do better. I'm referring to the one who handles the payment process. Towards the end, my guess is when she realized we were capable of paying, her demeanor was nicer, but prior to that she was the opposite. A bit curt and borderline rude. There was a mixup with the insurance and while it was getting sorted, her communication with us was, as mentioned before, a half step away from being rude. I can only assume she thought we weren't going to be able to pay? I'm not sure, but again her attitude did change once the mixup got straightened out. If I'm ever in the need for dental services while I'm the area, I won't hesitate to return to this place. Even with the hiccup, because the doctors' and attendants' demeanor more than made up for it.
