Dr. Christine Stang is a lifelong native of Virginia and grew up in the Shenandoah Valley. After graduating from James Madison University, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, summa cum laude, from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV). Following dental school, Dr. Stang completed an additional two years of specialized post-graduate training in Orthodontics and earned her Master of Science in Dentistry degree from MCV. Dr. Stangs philosophies include practicing state-of-the-art orthodontics, committing to give personalized care to each of her patients, and striving to exceed their expectations on a daily basis. Her favorite aspects of practicing orthodontics are the wonderful relationships she forms with her patients and the positive changes that come with successful care and treatment. She is fun, energetic, and understands that creating a beautiful, confident smile can truly change a persons life. Dr. Stang will be following in Dr. Dibbs charitable footsteps as she will take over as the new Orthodontist for Reston Smile Partners.

I appreciate the gentleness of the staff putting the bracket back. Also the flexibility of the schedule, I'm grateful that they took me in and accommodate my needs. I feel so much better now. The discomfort is down by 60%.

At 69 I wanted to improve my smile and try Invisalign to straighten my teeth. I was concerned at my age if this would work and dr told me she had a number of older clients that have found success with Invisalign. I tried it for a year saw very little improvement and found the process to be painful in my jaw and neck. After a year I decided this was not for me and discussed with Dr. Since I was a dissatisfied customer I asked her for a partial refund and was told once the process starts they cannot refund any portion of the money. Not a way to treat your clients!! Otherwise staff was very friendly and helpful but overall not happy with my experience.

Great staff! They are the most wonderful, friendly and caring people. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Extremely clean office. Dr Stang takes time to listen and answers your questions. She is very knowledgeable and does her job well. You can trust that she creates beautiful smiles.

Bait and switch marketing. They will send us marketing offers just to get us hooked, and then the "promo expired" when you called. Great people, the doctor might be good (we dont know), but unassailable marketing practices,

Dr. Stang and her staff were awesome and patient with my kid! Her office is bright, clean and welcoming with what appears to be the latest technology. My daughter is nervous every visit & the staff did a great job calming her nerves and explaining each of the steps of what they are doing and answering questions about future appointments. I also appreciate how much Dr. Stang and her staff do in the community.

Wow, I broke my retainer this morning and they were able to make me a new one that same day. They fit me into the schedule and made the molds, then the retainer before 2:00. Great service.

Dr. Stang did absolutely everything in her power to give me the best smile she could even as we overcame some bumps along the way. The first time I noticed my new smile, I almost couldn't believe how much it changed my whole appearance and I am beyond happy with my results! Mindy is the best and has patience and kindness in abundance. I'm happy my dentist sent me in Dr. Stang's direction :-)

I am SOOO happy I decided to get braces as an adult and to have my treatment done with Dr. Stang. Dr. Stang is awesome! She always treated me well and never made me feel silly for wanting to get braces as an adult. She was always positive and kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process. The best music is always being played during the appointments (which I wonder how they get any work done - it always feels like a party when I'm there!) and the decor is hip which makes you feel like you're someplace special. PLUS, I can't say enough good things about her wonderful team! All so nice, professional, and make you feel comfortable. Get your braces with Dr. Stang and her team! She's the best!
