Best dentist in the city, hands down. I've been seeing Dr. Waggoner for years and wouldn't even consider another dentist at this point. For the person below who "reviewed" them for being cited by the city, you probably weren't even there to see anything for yourself. It sounds like it was a patient, not a staff member. Pre-Covid they have ALWAYS done everything they can to protect patients and follow standard hygiene protocol, wearing masks, gloves, etc. One minor incident does not warrant a 1-star review. It's obvious that everyone else who has reviewed Dr. Waggoner has had nothing but great things to say.

Not sure why there isn't a 0 stars option. Long story short I went in for a technically third opinion since I'd had bad luck with two previous dentists with some crowns. I was tired of wasting my time and money. When Dr. Waggoner finally came into the room to check my crowns he acted very annoyed and he hadn't even met me. He wouldn't let me talk, kept cutting me off, and finally said 'I'm not getting in the middle of this.' And declined treatment for me... because he didn't want to be liable. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a Doctor, and honestly never give bad reviews, but I felt this one was necessary.

I haven't been seen here since 2017. I wasnt ever a patient of Dr. Waggoners, but liked the hygienist so I would come every 6 months to get my teeth cleaned, with the visit being covered in full by my insurance plan. This past week, I noticed $55 on my credit report from them. I immediately called and they told me that they had a system crash and had no record of me or what the debt was for but that I need to pay it. I then told her that I have never been contacted about this debt and that after reaching out to my insurance company, any and all visits ever billed from them were paid in full as my routine care. The billing lady (Cheri) at the office has no documentation, records and cant even verify my address. This woman Cheri, chuckled when I told her that this will not be paid due to lack of documentation. This is unprofessional and tacky for her to laugh when her mistake has effected my credit. I have never had to deal with anyone other than Carolyn and the hygienist. Because of her tacky response and disregard to hold herself accountable, I wont be returning.

Dr. Waggoner is an excellent dentist. He is also a precise and painstaking medical professional. Who else would you want working on your teeth? He takes time with each patient to make sure they are comfortable and has an excellent staff. Maria is a very warm, caring assistant and together they make a perfect team!

This medical facility was issued a ticket for none compliance to COVID laws by the City of San Antonio on July 1. No masks being worn. In a place that goes into numerous patients mouths with drills, and high pressure water? Total failure to care for our patients' safety. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Waggoner, Gayle, Maria and the rest of his staff served all of my dental needs for most of the past decade. I couldn't be happier with all of their service. If I still lived in that area, I would have continued to see them for many more years to come. I'm gonna miss them.

Great staff and dentist. I had a thorough cleaning. Sometimes I go to the dentist & feel like the staff are more like sales people pressuring me to purchase the latest version of electronic toothbrush or other products & services. There was none of that here. Which made for a more pleasant experience. Hygienist was thorough and gentle, the dental assistant was personable & knowledgeable. The dentist was also thorough with his exam and explanation. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Waggoner, Gayle, Maria and the rest of his staff served all of my dental needs for most of the past decade. I couldn't be happier with all of their service. If I still lived in that area, I would have continued to see them for many more years to come. I'm gonna miss them.

I hate going to the dentists like many other. But Dr Waggoner and the rest of the team are great. Donna was very informative and helpful with my care. Previous care I'd received was obviously lacking and when I left my mouth was in way better shape than when I went in. I will be back and recommend others to give Wetmore Family Dentistry a call.

No personality. Does not talk to you when you are there. Relies on his staff to speak for him. This only stopped when I called him on it and told him it was his job to discuss my questions with me. He was suprised but he complied. His work on my dental implant was ridiculous. It was ill-fitting, had to go back and make adjustments after it was received. Drilled thought it and then covered it up with a color similar to the tooth to make it "match". I must have been his first client. His only response was that if I had trouble, I would have to pay to get it fixed. I would have to pay for his substandard work? Negative. Still having problems with that implant. Will not go back to him.

Starting going here over 15 years ago when i moved from el paso the doc and his staff are always professional and knowledgeable if your looking for a dentist that doesn't shove recommendations down your throat this is the place
