2017/2018 experience. Went in twice initially. Thought everything was okay. My dentist noticed something was off during my cleaning. Recommended I go back. Called and they tried to charge me full price for the same tooth he did not get a root from. Thankfully they did not charge me again, but was unsuccessful. Till this day I am dealing with the failed attempts. Should have done my research, went with someone with more up to date technology, and not just who my dentist referred. Still can't believe they charged me full price but knew they left a root in there to get worse. I should request a full refund.

I went I and I was nervous over two prior bad experiences but let me tell you Dr David Stamos did what he had to do and I did not feel any pain or discomfort!! I would highly recommend and he has been in practice for 40 years and knows what he is doing! Wish I could hug him right now but I can't so I will leave this review best dentist I've ever had and will return for future root canals. Oh and let's not forget clean office and amazing staff

My wife's dentist reffered her to Dr Stamos for a root canal after having terrible pain. She went to see her dentist for an after hours visit and only refered her to Dr Stamos because her dentist was booked full and didn't have time on the schedule to get her in as quickly as she needed to be treated. She got an appointment with Dr. Stamos 3 days later, examined her for about 60 seconds with all the tests her dentist already did, and told her she doesn't need a root canal. 3 days after this appointment, she has to go back to her dentiat, still in pain, to be told you need a root canal. Fortunately her dentist was awesome enough to work her in after hours to do the root canal that Dr Stamos said "she didn't need". Now I am dealing with the office sending me bills for a less than 60 second exam to refuse to treat my wife... I have called them and tried to discuss this with them. First time, they said they will just keep sending bills. Second time I was told the business manager would call me the next business day.. Still waiting a couple weeks later for that call.

Excellent care. Dr Stamos was very friendly and explained the procedure to me. As he worked he would update me on how it was going. I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure was finished so fast, no pain. The front desk and billing personnel were extremely efficient. Prior to my appointment they called me to explain how much I had to pay. Personally, for the procedure I had, the price was very reasonable. Finally a week after, Dr Stamos' office contacted me to inform me that my insurance covered more than expected and sent me a refund.

Dr Stamos is an artist. The office and treatment rooms are clean and functional. Office staff is attentive. And the dental assistants are polite and knowledgeable.

Dentophobia (fear of the dentist) falls within the top 10 most common phobias for all age groups. For most, the fear and anxiety increases substantially with a specialized dental procedure. Stamos David DDS provides the endodontic care and expertise required to calm those fears. At every stage of the procedure the staff and doctors ensure the highest level of patient comfort. After my initial examination I received a thorough explanation of my dental issue and treatment options. The individualized bedside manner dissipated my fear and anxiety. Already in a more positive mindset my root canal procedure was no sweat. It was over before I knew it. Go to Stamos David DDS to get the results you need and service you deserve.

Not good customer service. Not helpful just out for the money. Not really concerned about your dental care. I went here to inquire about a root canal. Prior to coming I asked what my co-pay would be which was $125.00. I paid my co-pay after basically being told they could not do anything to help save my tooth. They did not even follow up with my dentist, send X-ray as requested. I had to call twice to get X-ray sent as I requested. They then sent me multiple letters saying I owed them 15 more dollars "really" the final letter said they would charge me 18% interest accruing if I didn't pay them. When I called I was told they wouldn't be in business if they didn't do this after basically charging me 125 to do nothing. Not good business especially in today's time when people are struggling to harass someone over 15 dollars. Choose another Endodontic if your considering going here for services Update: In response to the response. I asked multiple times if this was the full amount and was advised yes. There would be no balance. I have never had this issue with and dental provider. Now you keep sending letters threatening to send me to collections over 15 dollars. I hope when I pay I save your business. As your receptionist said if I didn't pay you wouldn't be in business. Well start giving people the correct amount before bringing them in. I wasn't even referred to you. Just went because cheaper. You have proven to harass someone over 15 dollars. Your priority is not the patients, but how you can get more money.

Alexander Stamos is fantastic. Put me totally at ease and was quick and efficient. I was not crazy about his assistant but I wasn't there to make friends. Very pleased with everyone else and would recommend this office. Thank you Dr. Stamos.

David Stamos attempted my root canal twice. Had to come back a second time because he couldnt find the 3rd canal in my tooth. Was in the chair for a total of 4 hours all together. Ive been miserable for weeks. Was then told I'm basically out of luck and need it pulled. He gave me a prescription for pain this time then changed it to something weaker, so I'm still miserable.
