I myself don't use them but my wife does. I would think you should be able to reach someone after hours for a emergency. I have had the same dentist for 23 years plus and never had a problem to reach him or his assistant after hours. She should not have to be in pain for 2 days before being able to get a hold of someone.

I hate dentists, or at least I used to. The staff here is fabulous. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need like many offices in the area. Corporate dental offices are everywhere now, I will never go to another one. Staley Dental Arts is owned by the dentist and they treat you like family.

Best Dentist ever! I have a lifetime history of traumatic events at several different dentists. Dr. Natalie is the first and only dentist to ever make me feel comfortable without the happy gas :) Her and the rest of the staff have treated me with amazing care and kindness. I would highly recommend them!!!

Hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Most cause undue pain during the procedures, most this one keeps the pain to a minimum! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Natalie and staff treated my 94 year old mother in law with dignity and respect in spite of her dementia. Very caring and kind.

This is a fantastic dental practice. From the staff (who were absolutely wonderful) to the high-tech equipment used, this place gets TWO thumbs up (and five stars). I use to dread going to the dentist however, that changed today. Dr. Mendenhall noticed there was a bit of cement left on 4 of my teeth, from when I had braces (over 10 years ago); mind you I go to the dentist once a year. Every dentist I have seen would not remove this cement, so I didn't even bother to ask Dr. Mendenhall and it turned out I didn't have too. Once Dr. Mendenhall notice the cement she immediately started asking me how long it had been on there, to which she stated "I cannot believe no other dentist removed this cement before now. Well today it's coming off". She was very thorough, removing all of the cement, and then cleaning my teeth. Oh and the best part: I have an extremely sensitive tooth; which most dentist I have been too would ask if I had any sensitive teeth, to which I would respond yes and point it out. One would think hmmmm...... since they are asking they must care enough to avoid sensitive teeth. Boy was I wrong. In most cases the dentist would then carry on about their business, completely forgetting what I said and ignore my reflex reactions when they messed with the sensitive tooth. However, Dr. Mendenhall immediately said "that tooth does not like me, I'll be careful around it" to which she was (extremely). I highly recommend this dental practice and will be a returning patient!!!
