This place understands customer service while providing awesome care. I had to move my appointment and no problem. Pushed it back a few weeks but they kept in mind in case of cancelations. All done by text message and within a day or two I was in the chair getting a cleaning. In and out in 30 minutes and back on my way. If you are looking for a wonderful, professional dentist office, look no further!

Stafford Smile Design has a wonderful staff overall. Dr. Timothy Hughes is an excellent dentist and I would recommend his office to everyone.

Worst dentist i've ever been to. First off, the staff is very rude besides the male dentist and the front desk but the other hygienists and dentist are terrible. Second, every time we go we all end up with cut up bleeding gums not the type of bleeding from flossing but from them poking the middle of our gums with their tools. Their service is so bad it makes me wonder if they are even qualified to work there. The final bone I have to pick is that my son recently had a check up and he magically ended up with 10 cavities!!! He brushes twice a day and flosses once a day AND 6 months ago during our last check up he had 0 cavities you would think they would tell him if they're might be any warning signs but nope. Also, after the "news" of 10 cavities was brought up I asked if they had done an x-ray for the cavities and they answered "yes" which was a complete and utter lie. (is that even legal??). If you don't want to be mistreated, lied to, and manipulated then DO NOT go to stafford smile design.

This is my first time writing a review for my dentist, I wanted to express my appreciation for Dr. Hughes, he did a great job for my filling, pain free experience, even did not feel the numb needle. it took only 15 mins with satisfied result,. He is highly skilled!. Recommend Dr.Hughes for everyone, and must say all other staff were polite. Thank you all.

The last few appointments although we check in early for some reason we are always called in way past appointment time. Very disappointing.

Very clean office. Nice friendly front office staff. Hygienist and assistant were great with my 5 year old. Dr Dunbar is friendly and professional as usual. They take very good care of us.

Awesome staff, from reception all the way to the Dr.'s. Get you in and out with all the bases covered. NOT an organization that tries to upsell on unnecessary glitz and glamour. Will make logical recommendations and outline the costs. I'm glad I chose this group for myself and my families dental providers.

They are always on time and very concerned about the patient's feelings and comfort level. They take special care with anything that could possibly hurt or cause discomfort, and try to move along quickly and carefully. I have had so many dentists, and this is one place I feel comfortable and confident!

Dr. Dunbar was excellent. I had a restoration today and went superbly. Dr. Hughes has always been there also when I have needed his Dental care.

The office is great! They got me right in as an emergency. My root canal went great! I love this Dentist Office. I am so glad I found them.
