I have tentatively been going to this office since 1999 when Dr Craig owned it.... With Dr Powless I found the transition was seamless and the service over the last 3 or 4 years now continues to exceed my expectations... Dr Powless worked with me on my options to correct a few things until we found a solution that was affordable for me... Sarah always gives tender care and exceptional customer service... highly recommend this office

My over all Experience was excellent had to get a molar pulled did not even feel it being pulled hopefully be back in a few weeks to get some more work done . All of the staff that I ran into there Kim Was a big help explain to me what was going on And very knowledgeable Dr Andy Was a good experience as well and will be back soon for Dental work .. thank you

The staff are very caring. I feel at home here. They have the most advanced equipment. They took over my dentist that recently retired. The transition was effortless.

I was a very scared patient but Dr powless and his wonderful assistants made my experience all that I could have wished for. He actually got me through with no pain. I recommend him highly.

I was in and out in no time flat. No pain with my procedure. Everyone in office was kind and courteous, from the front office staff talking to me about my co-pay to the staff that assist the doc and of course the doc. Thank you for a good experience.

I would like to be greeted with hello or a way to sign in. Yesterday I walked in and not one word was said as everyone behind the counter looked down or were helping the one patient at the counter. As I stood there waiting when the patient was finished and thinking someone would want to know who I am, I eventually (long wait) was spoken by someone not helping the patient with "What do you want?" This is the second time I've focused my review on the front desk staff. I think the dental care and staff are fine and would just like positive experience by the front desk. A greeting or process of how I identify myself (perhaps a sign in sheet if a greeting is not part of your process) is all that is needed. Just walking in and setting down with no exchange is not normal but it seems that is what was desired yesterday. My last visit I was practically yelled at by the front desk staff concerning my insurance. I was told in very loud voices that you don't take my insurance but when front desk personal looked, my insurance is indeed one you take. If I chance dentists, this will be why.

Dr. Robert was wonderful. I went in for a toothache and ended up signing up with his practice. Everyone at the office was polite and friendly. Dr. Robert and his assistant spent a long time discussing my condition and what I should do to feel better. At no point did they try to pressure me into signing up. They were patient and knowledgeable... exactly what I was looking for in a dentist. My toothache is better and I have found a dentist for life.

Kenyan is the best hygienist! She is gentle but thorough, kind and thoughtful.
