We have been customers of St Paul Pediatric Dentistry for several years. All 3 of my children are customers and we have enjoyed all of our experiences with SPPD. They are professional, informative and have earned my trust. We have worked with them through an oral surgery at Children's Hospital and continue to follow their recommendations as my children grow and develop their adult teeth. Nothing but positive things to say about SPPD. We love their Oakdale location and staff.

Poor! I scheduled an appointment for my daughter because she chipped her front tooth. We arived for the appointment and they stated we have a cleaning schedule. So I explained, no we are here to have my daughter tooth fixed before school starts next week. They then explain those appointments are only done in the morning and I would need to make another appointment for my daughter to have her tooth fix! What a waste of my time, I took off work and now have to take off another day, plus now my daughter will have to miss a day of school and attend school embarrassed for a week with a chipped front tooth! I'm so disappointed and upset! Update: our rescheduled appointment was for today. My husband took off work this time, arrived to the appointment, a few minutes into the appointment I received a call from the office staff saying that our normal Dr Julie was out of town and another Dr will be working on my daughter's teeth. There was no communication to me at all, so yes I expressed my concerns. I wish someone would have gave me the common courtesy and communicated there would be a different Dr for the girls but I agree for them to continue with the procedure. About 5 mins later my husband called saying the Dr has refuse to fix my daughter tooth and said we should find another dentist. I'm sure any parent/person would like to be informed of a change in doctors staff. I will not be returning to this office. We have received very poor service and there has been a failure in communication. Now we have wasted time with taking two days off work , my daughter's have missed school, we have to find another dentist and her tooth is still not fix. This office should be ashamed of itself how they treated us!

They were fabulous with my 3yr old on her first visit. Kept her happy and engaged, were super patient when she did get scared. I'm really happy with our experience. We'll be back in six months!

Dr Julie Hanan was very thorough and informative with our babies tongue tie. Everything was extremely smooth and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with tongue or lip ties! The office was very clean and they even had a sign welcoming my son, they care about the little things!!

My daughter has extreme anxiety, the dentist is a very scary place for her. Well, our 1st visit here went absolutely amazing. I can't thank the staff enough, my kiddo walked out with smiles and giggles. The staff was so patient and caring and didn't rush anything! Thank you

Very negative experience working with this provider (Dr. Julie Haman) and office staff at their Woodbury location (604 Bielenberg Dr.). We had billing issues that took several months to resolve. Giving them one star was generous on our part.

My 4 week old son had a tongue and lip tie that needed revision and it was truly the quickest and easiest experience! His Dr and nurses were fantastic. Whole procedure was like 10 minutes and he was fast asleep when they brought us back to him! Definitely recommended this clinic for your kiddos!

This was the absolute best experience for my 3 year old. Everyone from the front desk staff, dental hygienist and dentist was excellent. They truly care about their patients and commit to making your visit the best experience. Would recommend to anyone with young kids!

Dr. Hamann was absolutely amazing. My 7 month old son loved her and her staff. She took her time in educating us on his ties and walked us through the entire procedure. She also took her time in showing us the after care. An out of this world experience. We love 3 hours away and will definitely be coming back!!

Dr. Sylvia, Michelle and the entire staff are great! They were able to get my apprehensive 5 year old in the chair and completed all of his work- he can't wait to go back!

My daughter loves Dr. Julie! When I say, "we are headed to the dentist tomorrow," my daughter replies with excitement, "JULIE!" She explains things for her to understand and not make her anxious. This just so happens to be only the first few times of actually going to the dentist and thanks to Dr. Julie and her team, Madison loves it. Keeping in mind, my daughter is 2 years old and they treat her like royalty the moment she walks in the door! Everyone knows her by first name. We barely have a wait, as we text staff from the parking lot when we have arrived. They let us know when we can come in which is usually right on the dot of appointment time if not before if you show up early! Madison and myself are escorted back to her room where her TV is usually on and set to age appropriate television/movie attached to the ceiling for easy viewing while they are in the dentists' reclining chair. She is then reclined and can forget all her "troubles" and relax. My daughter forgets she is even at the dentist which allows ease when the doctor does come in so I can talk treatment plan with Dr. Julie. All staff are kind, courteous and understand the meaning of "we need to be quick about this" but not rush you when the moment does not feel right! Very clean offices (Woodbury, St. Paul and Oakdale) and hygiene are important to staff especially during and after pandemic, they take precautions and limit guests in their offices. Overall, I am very PLEASED with their staff, offices and the care they continue to provide my daughter. I would recommend them to anyone, any day and only if I were a child again- I would go here!!
