Had a good experience at this clinic today. I was very stressed before my wisdom tooth removal, Crystal was very sweet and supportive by making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Kelly met me after the procedure to check on me and made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. She did a thorough job and was very friendly and nice as well! The procedure went well, the dentist seemed very experienced.

Avoid this practice at all costs! The billing department is extremely incompetent! They are billing us when insurance should be covering services. Martina, who supposedly in charge of billing, will not answer or return phone calls. They are beyond unprofessional and will place you on hold and never return to the call. I do not understand how they are still in business.

Excellent, compassionate and skillful care!! Dr. Tentinger was very kind and thorough and explained everything to me before he pulled my 2 top wisdom teeth. I didn't feel a thing! Kelly, the dental assistant made me feel really comfortable and welcome when preparing me for the surgery as well as before sending me home with instructions for aftercare. They made what could be a stressful experience a really positive one! Thank you St. Paul Oral Surgery!
