Originally from the Upper Midwest, Dr. Westby was born and raised in North Dakota. He pursued his collegiate studies in Minnesota, where he graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish Studies. He fulfilled his childhood dream of becoming a dentist after graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following his family, who recently made the transition from shoveling snow to shoveling sunshine, Dr. Westby is excited to be continuing his career in Arizona
Dr. Westby ensures that every patient feels comfortable while at St Mary's Dental Group and is well informed about their dental health. He emphasizes patient education and encourages patient involvement in creating a personalized treatment plan that has the patient's best interests in mind. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Westby has a passion for traveling and learning about new cultures. He never passes up the opportunity to go hiking, skiing, golfing, or simply being out on the water. He values time with his family and friends and embraces the moments they all get to be together. Dr. Westby is thrilled to share his passion for dentistry and the Spanish language with his patients and is excited to have joined the St Mary 's Dental Group team.'
