Dr. Saeda Basta obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Damascus University School of Dentistry in 1994. Soon after graduation,shebegan practicing general dentistry for almost seven years. In 2001, she attended Loma Linda University to complete her Prosthodontic specialty. Dr. Basta successfully completed her Master's Degree in Prosthodontics from Loma Linda University in 2007 and is currently working on her diplomat status with the American College of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Basta has many roles in the dental community. Aside from her private practice limited to Prosthodontics in Covina, she is an Assistant Professor and Prosthodontic Consultant in the Restorative Program at Loma Linda University. She isamember and on the board of directors for the Arab American Dental Association and maintains active memberships in the California Dental Association (CDA), American Dental Association (ADA), and the American College of Prosthodontics (ACP). She currently holds the title of Secretary, Appointed Chair for Allied Dental Health and CDA Trustee for the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.

Aliciareceived her Dental Assisting Certification from Hesperia Regional Occupational Program in 2003 and has been practicing in the dental field ever since. She joined our practice in January 2008and our patients have enjoyed working with herever since.
She is our patient account and insurancespecialist. She is able to answer any questions our patients may have regarding their accounts, treatment plan, payments, and insurance benefits.Alicia'sextensive experience in the field of dentistryenables her toguide our patients to selectthe best treatment for them.

Our reception welcomes patients and their families to our practice. It's been over 5 years since Dr Basta gave me back my beautiful smile (and I had looked for a dentist to help me for years) believe me when I tell you Dr Basta changed my whole life. I got my confidence, self esteem, belief in myself back again and was no longer afraid to look in the mirror and smile (not to mention no more pain and the ability to eat) that was huge for me. The first thing people notice is your smile and today I wouldn't have it any other way. Dr Basta is one of those special people/Doctor that REALLY cares about helping her patients feel better about themselves. And her staff is AMAZING I will forever be grateful to all them. I could never express the gratitude I have for Dr Basta and her wonderful staff. Since the very 1st visit about 3/4 years ago I went to St Mary's Dental Office and I was defeated, unhappy, tired and had no hope that I would ever find a dentist to help me get my teeth right. Until Dr Basta she gave me my confidence, self-esteem, and beautiful smile back changed my WHOLE life. Dr Basta came highly recommended by my daughter-in-law who is also a Prosthedontist but practices in a different state. That should speak volumes in itself!!! And I can confidently say, I was immediately impressed when Dr Basta took time to speak with my brother and I on the phone before we had even taken our mother for her first appointment as a new patient. Dr Basta was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. She immediately recognized the best option for our mother and recommended an oral surgeon to provide the best care for our mother. I am certainly taking my mother back to Dr Basta as soon as we get the clearance from the Oral Surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr Basta to anyone with difficult and challenging cases who needs quality care and personal attention.
