I have been going to this dental practice for 2 years. The dental assistants are always friendly and kind. I have had basic cleanings, a crown, and a chipped tooth taken care of. Dr. Wahba is professional and I have never been pressured to get any work done that really wasn't necessary. It's been easy to schedule appointments in a timely manner and also reschedule if anything has come up.

The Dental work was a pleasant experience. They charged my wife and I more than the initial quote given before the services were rendered. We called our insurance company later to ensure all was on the up and up. It wasn't. They only processed my wife's cleaning and didn't submit my cleaning or work to insurance because they already received an over payment from us, the customer. St. Luke's mentioned they would process the claim and we would be reimbursed within 2 weeks or so. It has been 3 months, and nothing was done. After 3 phone calls from our insurance company and another from me, we have been reimbursed but only half the amount our insurance company said we should have received. I have decided to cut my losses, cancel all future appointments and warn others of their dishonest, greedy business practices.

The staff is half awake. No voicemail, passing out cards with the wrong emailand quoted me 5K more for the same procedure when I finally got in there for a second opinion. So if you're looking to be ignored, irritated, and overpriced this is the place for you!

Unprofessional and unethical. They are running a 'deal' on groupon that is just FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! The deal/promotion says 2 implants with abundant, exams and Xrays for $2700. I go there, they exam me and the doctor says ok looks like implants is the best route for you. I will run the treatment plan and pricing. I mentioned the groupon and immediately he looked at the assistant and she said 'oh, why would you buy it before coming in here' I say well I already knew I needed implants and you guys just confirmed it. They both left the room , came back 10 mins after with the actual total cost of the service $8k! Why not specify that in the groupon? Why not be honest and ethical? No wonder why they average 2 star service! Dont go there! I wish I would've read Yelp reviews prior considering them!

In this age of giant dentistry and massive medical it was refreshing to find an old school dentist who takes pride in doing quality work at a fair price. Experienced, professional and decent. No waiting and no games. I highly recommend Daniel Wahba.

I just have to share my experience at St Luke's Dental! I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all. I called to make an appointment In October. I tried my hardest to hang up without making this appointment. The receptionist did not let this happen. She went on to say what a Great Dentist Dr Daniel Wahba was and the Great work he can do. Well I made the appointment. On my first appointment they did a deep cleaning and made me an appointment for a root canal. When I came to this appointment Dr Wahba went over my options. I did not proceed with the root canal. I went to my chosen appointment today. I was not a great patient. Dr Daniel Wahba was very patient and completely understanding. Dr Wahba and Rachel did an Outstanding job. The entire staff here are Great. I am forever Grateful! I would definitely recommend St Luke's Dental!

I'm honestly writing this with such a heavy heart because I struggled for years to find a Dentist that truly cares for their patients. Dr. Wahba has quite literally been the best dentist I have ever had. Why the low rating you may ask? I have been a patient of Dr. Wahbas for a few years now, and due to my dental issues, the treatment plan was quite extensive. I broke up my treatments to take place on different dates based on my plans eligibility for certain services. I was scheduled for a rootcanal on August 3rd at 2020. This was scheduled by the office manager Maria. I show up to my visit and the office is closed. I call and leave voicemails and get a returned call from Maria the next day. She appologized and stated that we were waiting on my insurance company to verify benefits so that my treatment plan can be updated with apporpriate costs. It wasnt until I called again in october for an update that Maria Emailed me stating that we were waiting on pre-determination from my insurance and to allow more time for processing. With the current pandemic I alloted another 2 months for "processing" before I called my insurance company to verify what was the hold up before i reached back out to St. Lukes. I spoke to a representative who stated that there was absolutely nothing pending on my account for verification of benefits from St. Lukes Dental. They reviewed my account back to the begining of the year. After The Cigna representative informed me that benefits never take this long to verify, they called St. Lukes Office to seek authorization from them to send a fax with my benefits. The representative called TWICE and was hung up on by Office Staff both times. As a patient who truly struggled with finding the right dentist, it makes me feel like the value I place on Dr. Wahba's work isnt placed back on me as a patient by his staff. I'm not certain I would return again. a patient should not have to hunt down office staff and beg for treatment. Please note that Dr. Waba's work is fantastic. He is there to educate you on better health as well as make you feel comfortable while in his chair. He is the true definition of someone who has passion for his work! It's unfortunate I had to experience a different energy from his office.

My family and I all come to St Luke's Dental for all our dental needs. We have always had an awesome experience. The staff there are all very courteous and friendly. They have all necessary safety guidelines to prevent the speed of Covid-19 virus. Office manager Maria always goes the extra mile to ensure an excellent experience. Will always recommend St Luke's Dental to all family and friends.

I purchased the clear correct teeth straightening trays And had a great experience with this dentist. They were very accommodating with my work schedule and made the process very easy and made sure I was happy with my results. Soooo worth it! Very reasonable price compared to anything else I researched and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
