I have been going to St. Lucie West Dental for over 6 years. The staff & dentists are exceptional, very caring & friendly. They have fixed my various dental problems with absolutely no pain & with great competence. I recommend them highly.

My first time here, and I have to say I was very comfortable there. I'm a nervous person when it comes to the dentist, but everyone was warm and welcoming. Laurel greeted me when I walked in, she's very friendly and accommodating, as were the other ladies there. Amber took my x-rays and explained everything to me thoroughly, she was also very sweet. I met Dr. Goulet and she was very thorough and explained everything in detail to me. A very sweet woman, I completely trust her to do my dental work. She knows her trade well. I'm very happy that I decided to go to St Lucie West Dental. Looking forward to my upcoming appointments.

I moved to PSL last September and have been going to St Lucie West Dental care ever since. The team has always been extremely welcoming and friendly. They are extremely thorough and always make me feel at ease. My entire family now come here and I couldn't be happier with my dental home :)

second edit (after speaking to management in person): (4) i was also asked if i thought a hygienist would be comfortable working on me considering i called them out for being rough. i don't think it should change a thing, as critical feedback is necessary rather than suffering in silence and expecting change. i have even asked to switch to a different hygienist on two occasions due to the rough handling of my mouth. if a hygienist is being rough, they should be told so they can make an effort to be gentler in the future. i don't need to name names, because i have told them as much to their faces. additionally, it should be noted that despite asking for a different hygienist, i have been sat with the same one when someone had left the practice or moved to another branch. (2) i still maintain that the "if you don't confirm, your SoL" policy directly targets those who are not financially well-off. it blatantly punishes anyone who changes phone numbers or otherwise loses access to their phones (not even an email, y'all). however, management has now said that patients do have the option to pre-confirm when an appointment is made, which is helpful to those of us who live paycheck to paycheck and may not always have an active phone. (1) in regards to the root canal, there is still issue there, but it is at a standstill. (i was called out for stewing in my annoyance with this, for not bringing it up sooner. i had brought it up once, but it wasn't to the dentist, so that may have been part of the issue.) (3) finally, the treatment in question was a third-party text from invisilign, so i actually had no issues other than invisilign trying to get another consumer. i had worried it was something more urgent. so i guess you should be aware that they give third-party access to your number. ***i want to note that i was reprimanded (in same meeting with management) for having written in a text that "this is f***ing ridiculous," (without the asterisks) in regards to a threat to cancel my appointment without reason, and this was hyperbolized as cursing at an employee. (using a swear as an intensifier is not the same as cursing at someone, no matter the semantics anyone employs to say otherwise.) anyway, i was told any continued "cursing at employees, directly or indirectly" will result in being let go as a patient. i am still continuing to use this facility, as i hope these issues are rectified. will update if anything changes. --- first edit: changing my review due to several reasons. 1. they insisted i get a root canal redone, because there was a small area where food could get in. i had five or six appointments to get it "fixed" (the dentist had trouble getting it prepped & a cap fitted) only for the SAME "hole" to still exist. also the new cap is definitely lower quality. 2. they cancel your appointments if you don't confirm. what if my phone number changed? or if i had no access to that number. 3. i've gotten multiple texts that the hygienist recommended a treatment on my last visit, but i was never recommended a treatment. (i still do not know what that treatment is.) 4. several of the hygienists are VERY rough when giving cleanings. after my first few visits, all of the dental anxiety i had was ebbing away but they brought it back with ferocity. --- original review: they always take good care of me! they will get onto you about not flossing ~ so be warned! haha. i've had multiple cleanings, root canal & cavities done here. while not always the most careful (i've had my lips & teeth smacked (not hard) by the utensils a few times here, i've never had an issue with any of the personnel, dentist or hygienists! i used to be terrified the point of having panic attacks before going into the dental office due to an experience i had elsewhere. however, everyone here has been welcoming and kind, and i've not had anyone hurt me or a procedure go awry. saint lucie west dental care has brought me peace of mind and taken my full-on panic attacks about dental care down to general anxiety. 100% recommend.

Best dental office I've ever been to. Tammy at the front desk is very friendly, took care of me right away. Jessica promptly took my full mouth x-rays, and was knowledgeable about the areas of my teeth. Amber was very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. Dr. Goulet reassured me that I didn't have any issues with my teeth. I feel great and confident about my smile. Thank you St. Lucie West Dental Care team!

After a weekend in agony I called SLW Dental. The office staff was extremely helpful and scheduled my consultation that morning. I met with Dr. Gankin and Andrea who were extremely helpful in my diagnosis and helping me decide which treatment was best for me. Seeing the pain I was in they issued some prescriptions and scheduled me later that day for 2 root canals. I was amazed and extremely grateful that the procedure was done in less than an hour and I walked out feeling so much better. The following day I met with Dr. Luba and Cathy for my crown and fill. This procedure was tougher because it took longer and my mouth was sore from the previous day. I have to say that Cathy took extra care and time to make sure that I was comfortable and not in pain during this time. She was even kind enough to massage my aching jawline. Dr. Luba was also very attentive and insistent that I tell him exactly where my temporary tooth was off so he could fix it to ensure I was comfortable. This office has wonderful staff and a very smooth running system. Needless to say I'll be returning as a permanent patient. Thank you SLW Dental

Always great quality service with a smile! I have been going to St Lucie West Dental Care for a while now. They are technologically advanced, and staff with highly skilled dentists and hygienists. I am always treated nicely and they have always taken great care of my teeth and overall dental well being. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

Top to bottom best experience with a dental office I have ever had! Everyone was so helpful and friendly from setting my appointment to Jessica taking my X-rays to Rosa assessing my cleaning needs and last, but not least, Dr. Carmen Gouler assessing my dental health needs. Every step of the way I had a knowledgeable and kind person helping me. I found my new dental home

Exceptional service. Dr. Bacha is very caring and takes time to listen and explains what she sees and gives you suggestions on how to best proceed. All of her staff is wonderful too, very friendly, attentive and professional.
