Having grown used to the pain in my jaws and head; I had expected to have to have dentures. Now I have options for better teeth and at a fraction of what I expected. The doctor and entire staff are friendly and patient!

They stole my money. Everytime I call no one answers the phone. I finally make my appointment and get my mouth guard made. I put it on and it's making my mouth bleed. Its uncomfortable and crooked. I tell them I dont want it and they wouldn't let me return it. They said someone would call me and i waited 10 days for someone to get back to me and no one did. I went down there and they wouldn't give me a full refund. They said the lab still has to get paid for a product made wrong. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. Theres better places to go to that have better employees.

Staff seemed rushed but friendly. The biggest problem I had was I was told I needed a certain procedure that I did not need. I went to a different dentist and got my work done with them which was hundreds of dollars lower.This place is very expensive..check around before you go.

Very friendly, respectful, honest, and just all around extremely helpful. I have not been to the dentist in a long time and they showed me compassion and a willingness to help. Highly recommend as the services and service are great.

I highly recommend St. Lucie Family Dental! They accommodate folks that work and have late appointments. The hygienist was very sweet and personable as was the dentist. Even though my appt was late in the day, they were extremely patient and thorough with my treatment. I will for surely continue trusting them with my dental needs!!

New patient to St. Lucie Family Dentistry. I previously had gone to another dental office in Port St. Lucie for years and just was not happy with that practice for many reasons. I read numerous positive reviews about St. Lucie Family Dentistry on a PSL Facebook page and decided to give this practice a try. I was impressed with my first call to make an appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant, and I was very appreciative on smoothly the process in becoming a new patient was. On my first appointment, I had a very caring dental hygienist. She explained everything she was doing in detail and took the time to discuss preventive care. My dentist was DMD Rafael Llanes who examined my crack tooth. He explained I might need a root canal and build up for the crown. After the procedure, no root canal or build up was needed. Just the crown. I get anxious at the dentist office, but Dr. Llanes was outgoing and made me feel like we have been friends for years. I finally found a dentist I can trust and puts his patients first. His assistant for the crown was Tess. She too was excellent, caring, and thoughtful. I plan to move my wife and two sons to St. Lucie Family Dentistry because of my positive experience. I finally found a dental practice in which my family and I can place our trust.

I had an emergency with my hubby, and we were able to see Dr. Llanes that same morning and being a new patient last minute can be a bit of a challenge yet they ere able to acomodate my husband and provided the care he needed right away. Heather was very professional and even helped us through this process. Every single staff members are very knowledgeable and hands on right away. I was so pleased that I ended up making an appointment for my son. I have to say in all the years I've had visit different dentist from Alaska to Canada to Puerto Rico, this is THE Best dental clinic I've been. Dr. Llanes explains everything in detail that you can understand and feel comfortable in the process. I can tell he not only loves what he does but his very passionate and caring. I will always be greatful for the way he treated us that morning for the very first time!

This place is amazing! It was my son's first dentist visit and they made him feel so welcome and made his experience one of a kind! All the staff there is very friendly and one of a kind. Very hard to find good dentist place, this is the place to go! They explained everything by detail and they listened and pay attention to your concerns. We had a very wonderful experience, I have 5 children and they were so patient and kind and made the kids feel so welcoming. Great place! Deserves more that 5 starts!

It was my first time, Dr.Albert was super easygoing and informative all the nurses/ dental assistants were super nice as well everyone was so good looking and the office was clean.

So I love with this place. My husband hate the dentist. We came her and Doc changed is mind about not liking dentist. He ready for his next appointment on the 10th of this month. Thank you all for the great work that you do.

So far so good.. the doctor's advice was good and if the procedure he used worked, where the other dentist refused to consider that, I will save thousands of dollars. I have more work to get done so we'll see how it goes but so far like I said very good. I'll give you five stars. Hopefully the next few visits will be equal in satisfaction.

Very thorough exam, pleased with the service. Update: went in this morning with a missing filling, expected something be done today. Instead I have to make another appointment for a simple tooth pull. A little aggravated.
