I had a tooth extraction and an implant...the process takes a few months between steps but Dr. Gray and his staff were great. He takes the time to explain the procedures and checks on u along the way. Great experience.

I am terrified of going to the dentist and had an infected tooth that needed to be pulled. The staff and doctor that saw me and removed my tooth were fantastic! They have helped me to have more confidence in getting more dental work done. I highly recommend them!

Friendly staff , went to get my all 4 wisdom teeth plus an impacted tooth removed and surgery went by quick.

10/10 would recommend. Staff is amazing and supportive. Dr Gray is awesome , great bed side manner. Looking forward to doing this again in the near future. :)

Dr. Freilich, was great, very professional, he answered all my questions. Also, he has an awesome staff. I will have to see how well I heal. Over all I had a great experience!

Omg.. The staff was excellent. Dr Gray and his nurse Emily were fantastic.. My daughter is special needs and they did an awesome job working with her... My family appreciates it as I know it wasn't an easy task. They explained everything that was going to happen and made us feel comfortable. Again, thank you Dr Gray and nurse Emily for working with my daughter and making it a positive experience...

Dentist was nice. But appointment was at 1:45 and didn't get out of there until 4:15. And that wasn't even for oral surgery. That was just being seen the 1st time.

I only had a consultation but Dr Gray and all of the staff members I interacted with were very kind and professional. I had a very long wait but I recognize that this is due to post covid issues. They were very apologetic and but did not make excuses. Though I wish that I did not need oral surgery, I feel pretty comfortable with the facility and the staff.

They were really nice and they make you feel at ease.But im in more pain than I thought I would be. I didn't enough pain meds to last. I don't usually take pain meds. So I don't dare take them as I need to. I'm just going to have to suffer.

Great service!!!!..I was sent to the office on a referral from my dentist because I had a cracked tooth from a previous root canal. They got me in right away and took care of the problem. Stephanie and Dr Gray were great as well as the office staff. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My wisdom tooth broke and my dentist said I needed an oral Surgeon. I looked online in AARP/UHC's website and found Dr Gray with StL South Oral Surgery. He and all the Ladies in his office were fantastic! He pulled my tooth out so fast!! They were all very knowledgeable and so sweet. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an Oral Surgeon.

Very affordable service and the physicians were proficient. The only thing I may suggest is that the facility may provide wifi service and improve the phone signal in the building. In addition, if the front desk can remind the patient to send x-ray results over ahead of time that would give patients better preparation. I was trying to send my x-ray results to them at the clinic but no wifi service and data signal was blocked and nothing could be sent. I could have sent it over to them before I go if I know they need it electronically. I was asked to take the x-ray again. In addition, the payment collection part made me feel like no payment no service. It is not the usual after service checking out process.

Very pleasant experience, especially with being new in town and having to find all new places for continuing care. First impressions are everything and we felt right at home.
