Edit: I did call and ask for treatment twice and was refused "until patient was up to date on services". I was forced to schedule a routine cleaning and complete that service before I was allowed to schedule a consult for treatment. My sons was treated safely by another office and was not forced to jump through hoops to receive pain-relieving care. My children have been patients at this practice since 2012. I was concerned the last time we were there as they have greatly reduced their level of customer service in favor of making patients make multiple appointments for services that can easily be completed in one. The final straw was today when my son needed to be seen for an abscess and since he was 2 months past due for his cleaning, they refused to see him until his cleaning was complete. I asked to schedule the cleaning but to be seen for the abscess (orthodontist diagnosed) asap and was told "their policy was to not see or schedule any procedures if patient isn't up to update with cleanings". I asked for an exception since my son was in pain, nobody would even consider helping since it was against policy. I cancelled the cleaning appointment and removed my children from their care and taking them to see my dentist. I am dumbfounded that they were so insensitive to my son's pain. It's preposterous that is accepted as acceptable treatment of a 9 year old patient that is in pain.

Recent events have cause my rating to fall from a 5 star to 1 star. New policies have changed the client care and my children deserve better.

My kids like the ambiance of the office and feel comfortable. But visits are feeling more assembly line and our recent checkup... they didn't clean the kids teeth! Just X-ray, tap each tooth, fluoride rinse, and give recommendations for additional services.

Don't sign up for their smile club! They will charge you forever and you can never get out of it until you literally cancel your card! Worst service ever!

Amazing place. They have the best way of dealing with young kids that will not sit still and that are scared of being at the dentist for the first time

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Took my 3 year old in yesterday for a routine cleaning, the front staff were so sweet and fast. The hygienist spoke so nicely to my daughter and explained everything she was going to do to make her feel comfortable. They were clean and professional, Dr. Aimee was super sweet and we were so impressed with our experience!
