The office staff was friendly but I wouldn't recommend this place. This was my toddlers first time going to the dentist they told me he had at least 7 cavities and needed to be sedated to get them fixed and refused to try to get X-rays on him because he was nervous being there. Well I decided to get a different opinion I went to a different pediatrics dentistry office and they told me he had 3 cavities and could do a different procedure that didn't require any sedation and the other office was able to get X-rays within a couple minutes unlike St. Louis pediatric dentistry. The new office we visited also told me a lot of patients transfer from this office over to them because of staff issues and trying to get parents to do unnecessary work on kids teeth.

Don't sign up for their smile club! They will charge you forever and you can never get out of it until you literally cancel your card! Worst service ever!

My 12 year old really enjoyed her experience. She really liked being called "sis" and "girlfriend" as she and her friend group do not utilize this terminology.

What a wonderful practice! Everyone was so friendly, the rooms and waiting room have tablets for entertainment/distraction. TV's playing movies on the ceiling if they're old enough to lie down but if they're not the dental hygienist and dentist will accommodate that and let them sit on your lap!! A balloon and special prize await patients when they've finished and they have endless options for flavored tooth polish. I wish I could go here!!!!

The doctors and staff are super friendly. My kids are always looking forward to their appointment. Waiting time is almost zero. The hygienists treat kids well, like they are VIPs. The facility in Ladue is clean and vibrant. I would highly recommend this practice as it is awesome!

My son went here for his first dental visit ever and the dental assistant did an awesome job of making him feel comfortable. She explained everything and even answered my son's silly question. She was patient and professional and that really made a difference.

We took our 18 month old and while she was less than cooperative, the staff was so patient and kind. We'll definitely continue to take her here.

Awesome staff. They did their best to work with my anxious 3-year-old and Dr Alli and her assistant actually got him to let his teeth be examined. I am thrilled and grateful.

My 5-year old son has autism, so it was important for us to find a dentist office that would understand his sensory needs. We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very patient and kind, and used kid-friendly language. My son is extremely inquisitive, and he was allowed ample time to investigate and "try out" the tools that were to be used for his examination and cleaning. He has been asking almost everyday if he can go back to the dentist.
