Dr. Timothy Weber joined St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1994. He has a special interest in dental implants with an emphasis on complicated treatments with adjunctive procedures. He also specializes in areas of orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, trauma, and general oral surgery. In his free time Dr. Weber enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
Dr. Richard Weber, Jr. graduated from DeSmet Jesuit High School in 1981, then attended the six-year combined BA-MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. After Dr. Weber completed medical school, he did a general surgery internship, followed by dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He then completed a 4-year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville. Dr. Weber joined his father and brother in practice at St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1995.
Dr. Weber practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on dental implant placement, orthognathic/reconstructive surgery, and the treatment of oral pathology. He also provides multiple anesthesia and sedation techniques for patients of all ages to make their surgical experience more pleasant. Dr. Weber uses his unique medical and dental background to provide the highest level of specialty care.
Dr. Brent Kincaid joined us in 2009 after completing 12 years of service as a dentist and oral surgeon in the United States Air Force. Dr. Kincaid grew up in the St. Louis area and attended the six-year dental program at UMKC, graduating in 1997. He immediately entered the United States Air Force, where he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, followed by three years as a practicing Air Force dentist.
In 2001, he entered advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Air Forces largest trauma and training hospital, Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Upon completing his residency, he was assigned to the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he served on the hospital staff and was the director of oral surgery training for the AEGD residency. His military service took him to such diverse places as Virginia, South Korea, Colorado, Texas, Greenland, and Belize. He separated at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and moved back home to join St. Louis County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, where he was a former patient! Dr. Kincaids areas of interest include corrective jaw surgery, anesthesia, and dental implant reconstruction.
He practices the full scope of oral surgery, including orthognathic, traumatic reconstruction, dentoalveolar treatments, conservative and surgical treatment of temporo-mandibular disorder and treatment of benign pathology. Dr. Carn has an excellent chairside manner with all age ranges, including pediatric and elderly patients.
Dr. Carn graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2012. He recently obtained a medical degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He has undergraduate degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biology from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Carn is happily married with four children and enjoys spending time with family and watching his kids participate in sports and dance. He is an Eagle Scout with numerous undergraduate and post-graduate honors. He enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, reading, and serving at his church and in the community in his free time.

My 11 yr old daughter had 4 teeth removed. Dr. Weber was so kind in explaining the process both to her and to me before the procedure. He was in and out in no time and she was cracking jokes on the way home. Can't say enough about the personal touch and bed side manner.

Getting your wisdom teeth out isn't much fun. If you do need to get them removed or other dental surgery, I recomment Dr. Tim Weber. He called to check on me after the procedure in the evening and even came in on his day off to assist with some lingering pain. Visits were quick and he listened and addressed my concerns. I'm happy my teeth are out, and I've even happier that I found Dr. Weber. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Carn and his staff were wonderful. The staff was very efficient, timely, kind etc. Dr. Carn was great. He was patient with me, took plenty of time to explain procedure, great demeanor and most important, NO PAIN, didn't feel a thing. Price was very competitive, less expensive than I expected for a tooth extraction. My only suggestion would be to update office furniture/space (Gravios) and dental chair. STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR CARN. Great experience. Thank you.

I was very pleased with Dr. Timothy Weber and the staff. I had a tooth extraction for a cracked tooth. First we discussed my options after the tooth was removed. I expressed my interest in an implant. Dr. Weber told me that he would determine if I was a candidate after the tooth was removed. I was not able to get the post put in that day but did get a bone graft so I could proceed with the implant in the future. I was so surprised when I received a call in the evening from Dr. Weber to see how I was doing. What a kind and caring doctor.

Had an upper molar tooth pulled by Dr. Kincaid. He was very informative throughout the process. Was on a blood thinner so was concerned about bleeding when I got home. Dr. Kincaid was very patient and kind in talking to me a few times that evening regarding bleeding issues. He even called and followed up with me the next day. Very happy with his care.

Just got my wisdom teeth removed! It was a lot less scarier than I thought! It was my first time getting anesthesia and they made sure to make me feel better, So yea, I recommend! Very detailed instructions and best part i didn't even remember waking up like ??? thank you for everything!
