I was referred to your dental group by your wonderful hygienist, Donna! From the moment I walked into the door until I left, the entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I came in for a dental emergency, and everyone took excellent care of me. The best part was that Dr. Grayem recommended no treatment at all! He recommended that I return to my original dentist in Florida to redo treatment on me that was done less than a year ago. I really appreciate that Nobody was recommending expensive treatment that should be addressed by the dentist who did my work originally. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a great dentist and welcomingly friendly staff!

I have been going here for two years and I love it! I met Frenchie today and she was extraordinary! So friendly, kind and pleasant! Such a wonderful experience. She was a very skilled and very gentle and caring. I'm not overly fond of going to the dentist but she took my mind off of what she was doing and made it a very comfortable experience. I very highly recommend her, she's fantastic!!

Absolutely love this office! Been a patient for years. Staff is always friendly and focused on the patient's best interest...from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. Dentists take time to explain procedures and answer questions, and there's never a feeling of procedures being done unnecessarily. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist (who is? lol), but if you want to keep those teeth and gums healthy for years to come, this is definitely the place to be.

I was quoted and scheduled for an implant, when I arrived they said they were doing a bridge on a different section of my mouth. After shaving down the 2 surrounding teeth for the bridge the dentist said "oh wait I think we can save this one" (the middle tooth in which the bridge was going to go over) and then proceeded to give me 3 crowns since the teeth were already shaved down. None of these teeth were painful and shortly after receiving the permanent crowns I was in the most intense pain ever. The dentist shaved the 3 teeth down to the root essentially and everything is extremely sensitive on that side of my mouth now. Note again that none of the teeth hurt at all. There was one tooth that a filling had fallen out of, food would get into it, it wasn't ideal but it never hurt. I had to go back a few weeks later to get a root canal on one of the crowned teeth because it hurt so bad. They literally absolutely mauled the upper left section of my mouth and my left side of my mouth is extremely sensitive to everything hot and cold now. They seem pretty unorganized and my experience is probably a 1.3 out of 10.

A big thank you to Sarah B and Dr. Kratz for seeing me for an emergency procedure. Sarah was kind, patient and a calm presence when I was very nervous. Dr. Kratz was very attentive and nice, answered all my questions and fixed my tooth. I was a new patient and will be a regular from now on. Thank you again!!

I was very happy with my visit at St. Louis County Dental! I hadn't been to the dentist in so long but my teeth looked so much healthier and whiter when I left! Lauren and Emilia and the whole staff were so nice and answered all of my questions and made my visit so much less stressful!

They're incredibly kind AND they knock you out. Completely. For someone like myself, that's a big deal! The only thing I would complain about is the price. That being said, I have no dental insurance. Jenn B

The staff is always friendly and easy to work with, answering any questions I have, ensuring I have all the information necessary to be comfortable with the process. Today, was hands down thee best ever dental experience I've ever had. I became a new patient at St. Louis County Dental and I was amazed at the experience and service I received. From entry to exit, everyone was so pleasant and upbeat, but one person in particular stood out. FRENCHIE! Frenchie was thee most AMAZING person to ever touch my teeth. She was extremely upbeat, positive and made me feel more than comfortable all the while working to perfect my smile. Her reassurance and knowledge was so unmatched. Like I'm going to take her out for drinks and become best friends with her at this point. Seriously, if you're looking for a good dentistry home, you should definitely come here. Prior to coming to this practice I would've said all dentists are essentially the same. When I came to St. Louis County Dental I had about 10+ year's worth of bad experiences. I was angry and suspicious and expected the worst. It's been probably 5 years and I have to admit that all dentists aren't the same. The people in this office are really, really good at their jobs! And they're patient and kind and understanding. I could call out specific people but I won't because I don't want to leave anyone out. I can't say I like a visit to the dentist office yet, but I don't hate it and I don't dread it.
