I called to make an appointment for my daughter. I was on hold for 23 mins. Before a lady came on and told me flat no. That my daughter had a dentist so I have to go back there. So I asked again so I can't make an appointment? A straight no. Waste of my time. When I was referred there by st. Joe's emergency room.

I recently had a tooth pulled 11/21/2019 and I wasn't giving anything for pain . Here today is 11/27/2019 and my face is still swollen and very tender b to the touch I can't eat . I can't sleep . It's hurts Soo bad . I had stitches no that popped the day after getting tooth pulled and to top that . I have a hole in my gum in the side of my mouth that's also painful

Myself and my child have been coming here for a couple of years now, yes it's a busy place and the dentists are students but the staff is friendly and gets the job done. They clean mine and my child's teeth, do fluoride treatments for her and answer any questions. I had one filling done by a student dentist a while ago, her and her assistant were very helpful in helping me stay calm during the procedure. If you are consistent about coming to appointments it's a good place to go.

The nurses and doctor were fine but the people at the desk very rude and like to lecture people when in pain very disrespectful and if I wasn't in pain at the time I would have told that woman about herself I suggest you terminate her she's screwing up your professional image and the trust that you may have with any of your patients. She's bad business.

This is a teaching school not a doctor's office. If you don't know the difference I don't know what to tell you. I've been going here for 10 years and I've had nothing but fantastic experience. The kids learning how to do dentistry are top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate to let them work on my teeth. Yes there's a wait for appointments because it's not a doctor's office, it's a teaching school! If you have an emergency go to an emergency doctor.

Have to agree with negative reviews I was put in hospital which was superior but their dental clinic leaves a lot to be desired. Granted this is geared toward people with low income , but is that give them a right to treat us like low scum Also they are way understaffed for a dental clinic I told them of my fears etc finally after my dr was doing rounds did I get something for the anxiety. They recommended I return I'm not sure I can it hurt that much no conscious sedation just a needle that's where the anxiety comes in

The dentists here may do good work but like many Doctors offices the people up front have completely brought the place down. Both people upfront act ghetto. The woman upfront is a degenerate who has to act like an animal to get through the day. Nobody should have to put up with brutality from the front desk when they are a patient. I do not recommend this place. There are other places to go with medicaid as dental insurance. I refused to be treated the way the front desk treats people.

I had a tooth pulled in december. I needed 2 pulled but i chose to only pull one. I was in tremendous pain for weeks before this appointment. I had the tooth pulled and was given nothing for pain. The following day i called and asked for something for pain. I spoke to the dentist that pulled the tooth, her response was no pain medication, come in and let me pull the 2nd tooth and still no pain medication. I had 2 exposed nerves/2 broken teeth. I told her no i wasn't coming in i was in a lot of pain. A few days later i received a letter for a MISSED appointment!! There wasn't an appointment booked. I told her i wasn't coming in to let her put me in even more pain and still get no relief. They are ignorant in my opinion.
