Because I have a 1yr old with me they said I can't go in the back with my 2.5yr old. Umm, this is not acceptable! He isn't having surgery so I should be able to be in the back with him. No 2 yr old can tell the dr, dentist or parent whats wrong. The 1yr old would be in a carrier or small stroller. How is this ok?

First glance of this place looks like an old mental hospital from a horror movie. Building is old as hell paint chipping all through the outside and near the elevators. There was also graffiti on the wall near one of the enterences! The clinic itself looks a little better once you get it, but it was hard to find the entrance here considering there were three doors at three parts of the building. There is a "dental clinic" sign with an arrow to look for. The girl at the desk wasn't very friendly. When I called them to ask a question this morning she talked so fast I couldn't understand a word she said then put me on hold. Just bad vibes here going to look elsewhere for my kids.

This place is absolutely horrible and unprofessional! They ruined my sons sweater with some kind of chemical that made spots basically looking like bleach spots! Literally after walking out the elevator from the dental clinic I noticed the spots were very much wet so I ran back upstairs to ask them about what was used that would do that to his sweater. The woman at the check in desk stated that it may have come from the sanitizing wipes called super sani cloth wipes. I was told to speak to a supervisor to see what can be done. After 3 long weeks they finally tell me that it did not happen in their facility and that they do not use bleach or anything like that for that matter so therefore they will not be responsible for the damages that obviously happened in their facility. No one is taking responsibility for their actions for the mistake that was done by their staff members. My son had his sweater for less than 2 weeks which I have proof for (still have the receipt). Stay away from this place by all means they ruin patients belongings and do not I repeat do not take responsibility for their actions. They know they made a big mistake and are all covering for each other now. They keep repeating they do not use anything that contains bleach but that's a lie! They told me they use super Sani cloth wipes for disinfecting and the active ingredients in that is quaternary ammonium chloride/alcohol based solution.

Took my kid to an appt today at 1pm, and my catalytic converter was stolen from my car that was parked in the lot... BEWARE!

They now refuse to let a parent in with your child. So they really thought my 3 year old daughter on her first dentist visit at that scared was going into a medical appointment without me be her side??? Idc where we are or what we there for none of my children male or female no matter the age as long as they're a minor are not going in a room alone with any man. Too many parents are too easy going with things like this and think it'll never happen to them stop thinking like that things like that happen way more than you could ever imagine and way more than what it's reported and especially when it's a medical environment taking one two and three-year-olds in alone they can't fully speak yet without the supervision of their parents and I have heard so many stories of dentists not allowing parents back with the children and the children coming out with teeth pulled that didn't need to be pulled in all sorts of extreme work being done that did not need to be done just to be able to build the insurance for it be careful with your children there are sick people out there and just look at these reviews before this policy started here the place was already a s*** show.

I love this place! My child experience a traumatic dental injury and we had to make an emergency follow up visit at St. Joes. The women at the front desk were amazing, friendly, warm and genuinely concerned about my baby's well being. The dentist we saw, Dr. Lieberman, was so good with my child. The procedure she endured was a painful one but she wasn't traumatized by it and I believe the care she received is responsible for this. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Really angry with this place. On hold for 10 minutes to be told hold on I'll be right with you. I wait a few more minutes and then I get hung up on. All I want to do is schedule an appointment for my daughter who was referred a month ago but they wouldn't bother to set it up till they were ready. Not off to a good start

They are very good with all my kids and even my 2 year old he was scared and he calmed down with the dentist and my twins they were able to get them comfortable to sit in chair so they could check there teeth and they very good with my old also and staff are very friendly.
