Practicing for over 23 years and ready for a change, Dr. Boles and his family relocated to Vermont and acquired St. Johnsbury Dental in September of 2017. Dr. Boles sincere and caring nature coupled with his patient first approach continues to guide the way he serves his patients. His friendly nature is enhanced by his dedication to providing patients with outstanding care. In his free time, Dr. Boles enjoys spending time with his wife Suzanne Boles and their three remarkable girls. He likes to exercise, eat well with a purpose, tend to his social networks, and engage in continuing education in other fields of interest.

William Darren Boles grew up in the Yellow Pine Belt city of Laurel, Mississippi. While attending his county high school as a multi-sport athlete, Darren discovered his passion for athleticism and serving others.

Upon graduation, he carried on with his passions by joining the United States Army. While serving in the Army, he received the Army Achievement Medal, Good Conduct Medal, the Army Sharpshooter Badge, and attended Army Air Assault School. Darren also did a tour overseas in Jordan. After serving the United States Army as a combat medic with the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles, Darren pursued and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1996.

Dr. Boles, specializing in General Dentistry, opened his first practice in Laconia, NH in February 2004. Darren was named to New Hampshires Top Dentists by New Hampshire Magazine from 2012 2016. He has served several overseas mission trips including Honduras and Belize. In addition, he completed an Oral Surgery externship at Guys Hospital in London, England while obtaining his dental degree.

Dr. Bogacz takes the concerns of his patients seriously and has built a career dedicated to personalized care and mutual respect. Patients are never treated like a number in a chart. He believes in treating each patient like family and giving them the care that they deserve. He is the dentist for the residents of Merrimack County Nursing Home and the Glencliff Home for the Elderly, overseeing their public health dental programs. He and a dental hygienist provide dental care in a dental clinic at the facilities.

David helped a New Hampshire FQHC open a dental clinic. The clinic is a teaching site for the University of New England Dental School. He is on the support staff of the FQHC, covering for the dental director when she is away and is a preceptor for the UNE Dental School.

Dr. David Bogacz attended Tufts University and graduated in 1981 with a bachelors degree in Biology. Following a lifelong desire to become a dentist, he then went on to Boston UniversityGoldman School of Dental Medicine, graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in1985. He has been practicing in Concord, NH for over 35 years and has always worked hard to stay current on advances in dentistry through continuing education. When David is not practicing dentistry, he and his wife are snowboarding as much as they can. Their daughter is now in graduate school in California and they visit her as much as they can. He has gotten into craft brewing with a friend and they are thinking of starting a nano-brewery someday. Ask him about the wood-fired pizza oven he built in his backyard.

After growing up in the Gator Nation, Krystal was proud and excited to attend the University of Florida while obtaining her B.S. degree in Microbiology and further earning an M.S. degree in Forensic DNA and Serology. During the time she was working toward her Masters degree, Krystal was employed as a dental assistant at the University of Florida Pediatric Dental Residency, where she truly learned the value of helping children. This experience laid the foundation for her love of Pediatric Dentistry. After receiving her second degree from the University of Florida, she was accepted into LECOM School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduating from dental school, Krystal decided to pursue her passion of working with children and completed her Pediatric Residency training with NYU Langone Health Systems in Holyoke, MA.

Dr. Krystal Kazemba was born in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, and lived in Wisconsin until the middle of third grade. After leaving Wisconsin, she moved with her mom, brother, and stepdad to Gainesville, Florida, where she spent the remainder of her youth. As a child all the way through her time as a high school student, Krystal was a competitive swimmer, helping lead her team to a state championship during her sophomore year of high school. Krystal loves the outdoors, sunshine, and friendly people. She has a dog who is her partner in crime and is the first to volunteer to accompany her on any adventure. She believes that you can learn something from everyone and knows not to judge a book by its cover. Above all, she is eager to see what life has in store for her and is committed to serving the children of the Northeast Kingdom.

Dr. Schultz has been in practice since 2018 and is highly skilled in a wide variety of procedures. Dr. Schultzs goal as a dentist is to help each patient build confidence in their smiles, eliminate any pain, and help maintain a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. He believes that comfort and care are essential parts of a positive dental experience.

Dr. Schultz grew up just one mile east of the Missouri River in Pickstown, South Dakota. He received his Bachelors in Biology from the University of Nebraska and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine-School of Dental Medicine (LECOM). When not helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles, he enjoys hiking, hunting, archery, and spending time with his wife Dr. Krystal Kazemba, and their dog Veblen here in St. Johnsbury.

She began working as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Island Pond Health Center. In 1989, Patty joined St. Johnsbury Dental and has been educating her patients, along with the community of St. Johnsbury, on their oral health and believes that creating a healthy oral environment leads to better overall health.

Patricia Patty Barrett was born and raised in Lyndonville, Vermont. In 1978, she married Tom Barrett and graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Dental Hygiene. In her spare time, Patty enjoys hanging out with her two adult children who live in St. Johnsbury, and her four grandchildren.
