Dr. Choi and Halyna from St. Francis Dentistry did a phenomenal job with my mom's tooth extraction. My mom is 93 years old who has Alzheimer's Dementia and is wheelchair bound. However, despite these physical/mental impairments, Dr. Choi and Halyna were successful with the procedure. It takes a special to team to accomplish such a task given my mom's condition. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a caring Dentistry team who is dedicated to their patients and well-being. Thank you!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Michael Hing. I was looking for a dentist close to home (Sunnyside/Glen Park) and feel so lucky to have found him. He's kind, patient, thorough and spends time really listening and getting to know his patients personally. He's also an excellent dentist. His prices are fair and he doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary services. He's also a gifted artist which translates into performing high quality dental services. If there's an art to the profession--and I believe there is--then you're in very good hands with Dr.Hing.

My mom recommended this office to me, describing it as "the best dentists office ever." I was like yeah okay, sounds good but it's just the dentist... but she was so right. I was blown away by my experience here. Everyone who works here is so friendly and efficient. Dr. Hing is a joy and extremely good at his job. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Dr. Hing has been our family dentist for more than 5 yrs and we can't say enough good things about his practice. Recently, I needed a complex procedure which involved multiple visits to create impressions for a crown and filing down an adjacent tooth. Dr. Hing had incredibly high standards, and sent back the first crown. He wanted it to be just right and took the extra time to make sure it fit. Most other dentists would have not gone the extra mile--and he did so at no extra charge. My wife and I have always felt that Dr. Hing and his lovely staff take their time make sure the visit is complete and thorough - we never feel rushed. At other dentists we have sometimes felt "like a number." But here, we feel as if we are seeing an old friend each time, and getting the attention we need. The front desk staff is very professional and the dental hygienists are fantastic as well. We feel that they have taken appropriate levels of care to protect themselves and their patients from Covid. We highly recommend Dr. Hing!

I love this office and those that work there. Dr Hing is the BEST! I know I am in the best hands when he takes care of me. . Dr Choi is also kind and gentle. I would recommend this office to anyone wanting the best dental care.

Been going to this place for years! Very good customer service from receptionist. And I highly recommend Dr. Choi. He's very gentle on cleaning and getting tough plaque out and teeth stains!

I have gone to Dr. Watters twice for my gum grafting procedure. She is so skilled in her craft, thorough, and considerate of her patients' experiences. For both procedures, I didn't feel any pain and healed quickly. Dr. Watters does an amazing job of making you feel comfortable and at ease. And the entire office is so friendly and professional.

5 stars isn't enough. I've been going to Dr. Hing for decades, and I can't imagine going to anyone else. Everyone says they like their dentist, I adore mine. He's an absolute perfectionist, and doesn't do anything that doesn't need to be done. He's the most personable health care practitioner I know (and I'm in healthcare) and his office staff is TOP NOTCH. Every aspect of this practice is A++. Their COVID precautions are stellar and I feel safe there. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're like I used to be and don't love going to the dentist, this is the dental practice for you. Don't put off your visits any longer!

I've been through so many dentists in the past but Dr. Hing is THE BEST! He is extremely professional and skillful. He is a perfectionist and a very caring dentist who always follows up on you personally by phone. My teeth have never been so good since I started seeing him. I feel I hit the jackpot! I highly recommend him.

This was my first time at this office and the front desk staff were amazing and accommodating. The gentleman by the name Rene was very helpful over the phone and was so nice. I was seen by Dr. Choi he did a really good job at going over all of my X-Rays. During my cleaning he was very gentle and often asked how I was doing. Dr. Choi gave me multiple options to choose from regarding my opinions to take care of my teeth. The office was located in a nice area with lots of parking.Dr. Choi is also an SF native and that was very surprising because not many are around. Thank you For all your hard work I will definitely return.

My husband recommended Dr. Hing's practice when we started dating. He had been going forever by then. I went and was hooked. It's a great practice full of friendly and professional staff. Everyone is upfront about procedures and there are no surprises. I also love that I can get text reminders for my appointments because 6mo is always long enough ago to forget what you scheduled! We'll be taking our baby as soon as he gets his first tooth!

I've been taken care of wonderfully at this practice by Dr. Watters and Dr. Choi. They are both extremely skilled and have something that many others don't have--compassion and integrity. Recently, Dr. Choi clearly explained my options about a particular tooth in a way that made sense. He listened to me and heard my concerns. Dr. Watters has had numerous talks to me over the years, always concerned and endlessly compassionate. They really care at this practice from the minute you walk in the door.

I just had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Choi and I was so impressed with his thoroughness! I have very sensitive teeth but he was very gentle! Also, impressed with Dr. Hing who replaced a filling earlier this year. Office staff very pleasant and professional. Office modern and nicely decorated. Easy street parking.
