Dr. Stec was great! He explained everything about the procedure in great detail. Great customer service from the entire staff. 5 stars!

Terrible customer service! They keep pushing my husbands procedure back and have cancelled multiple appointments. Dr. Steck just keeps putting him on antibiotics. He has been on antibiotics for 3 months. I am worried he is going to end up in the hospital. We're trying to request records be sent to another office. It's taken 2 phone calls to finally get records, but we have to pay $25. They also close every day at noon or earlier. Horrible way to run a business. Absolutely terrible customer service!

DO NOT go for a root canal here. They do not require patients to wear masks in waiting room. Will not ask patients to put them on - NOT SAFE!

I chose to leave this office today because of the front desk interaction. I would sooner take the Tom Hanks "Castaway" approach to dentistry than ever allow this provider to treat me. i am not posting anonymously. I want to make sure the provider has a chance to know why I left. I received a call last week for my insurance information. I provided the information that I have dual dental coverage and well over 3500$ in benefit remaining in 2018. I arrived early and was put through a barrage of paperwork symbolic that the primary concern for this provider was trying to get paid. I was asked for SSNs on forms for my wife and I. I was told office policy requires me to sign a financial agreement. I feel bad that this provider has been screwed over by previous patients and finds the need to go to this level to mitigate their risk. I tried to explain that I would not provide my credit card information for them to keep on file. They said fine, then you will pay up front for today's services. Did I mention that I have dual dental coverage, had previously provided to them, and it would be virtually impossible for me to have a financial obligation after today's services? I actually signed the financial agreement but added, "not an authorization to run charges without my knowledge". She refused to accept the agreement with my addition of that line. Here is the mad irony of the situation. I could have contested the charges had they tried to bill my card anyway but by then, my battle with the front desk became personal. I never was given the opportunity to explain but as a dual covered insured, I cannot have the primary billed, have the provider forget to bill the secondary, bill my credit card, and have any hope of reconciling the issue downstream. I would encourage you to have a better trained, less gestapoish, more professional, employee check your patients into their appointment. if you have any hope of not losing another patient that actually pays their bill. Maybe your office policy and the financial agreement language is in part why you have a disproportionate share of non paying patients. maybe the front desk person was simply having a bad day caused by Sun Country? I have left your name off because it would serve no additional purpose other than making me feel better.

They got me in on an emergency basis for a root canal. Everyone from the front office to the assistant to Dr. Stec were great. The root canal was painless and when the local anesthetic wore off, my pain was gone. Highly recommended office.

Their service is SO far below satisfactory, we will be filing a BBB complaint and quite possibly a law suit! They were so slow in treating my wifes tooth infection, canceling multiple appointments and just prescribing more rounds of antibiotics to cover it until they could see her, that she ended up in the ICU! Then, when we tried to get her records to transfer to a new dentist they initially refused to send them, then told them they'd send them if we paid (per page) for the records, and then finally when they did agree to send them, took their sweet time so further treatment was held up. Seriously, run far away from this pathetic business!!

Dr. Stec and staff thank you for your excellent care. It's amazing, no pain or soreness would have never guessed I had a root canal yesterday!
