Phenomenal experience at smiles, everyone of staff is helpful a friendly, Dr. Ball made me feel very comfortable and calm, she went over every detail and patiently answered every question, the hygienist katherine was superb, very gentle and thorough, most definitely recommned to anyone in need of dental work. Katherine was AMAZING best deep cleaning I have ever had so gentle and explained everything as she was doing! Yoyo is the Best she took her time with me and made sure I felt comfortable thru the process Dr Van the man that can and DID! Amazing

I can't say enough about that this dental office. Dr Van was great, and his assistant Christopher was also fantastic! They're both very knowledgeable, patient, and took their time when answering any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this dental office.

God forbid you can't confirm an appointment 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME! like if nothing happens in two weeks. They will cancel your appointment the same day they send you a text to confirm it. Then when you call back there's nothing they can do and they will schedule it a month later! Very unprofessional and they are only after your money. (They ask you two weeks in advance so that when u can't make it then they tell you I'm sorry but u confirmed and now have to a pay the miss appointment fee) every place is two days before not them. For them it's a whole two weeks. Mind you I did confirm but I said I will let them know for sure for sure on a Friday. But they sent me a confirmation text then 2 hours later when I was still at work and couldn't reply. they canceled it.

What an amazing staff and Drs. My hygienist Kat made my teeth cleaning feel gentle and go by quick. She was always making sure I was comfortable and wasn't in any discomfort. I booked my next appointment with them already.

The staff here goes above and beyond even though Ive moved out of state they have still sent me Happy Birthday emails and even called to see how I was. Helen has always made scheduling simple and pain free I plan on returning for all my dental needs as soon as Im back in Saint Cloud! I will not go any where else!
