I've always hated going to the dentist, until I found this office. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Cassleman is amazing! They make everything seem like a breeze. So happy I found this office.

As someone that has had poor experiences in the past at different dentist locations, St. Clair Tooth Co. was a breath of fresh air. Once I walked in the aesthetic and atmosphere really set the tone, it's welcoming, bright and modern. The staff sealed the deal on a great experience. Shauna is a wonderful, friendly hygienist. She walked me through each step that she was working through, and worked with me on setting up a quick follow up to complete a part of my teeth cleaning procedure. She also put in effort to make sure that I was comfortable, and demonstrated that she wants to connect with the people that she treats. Dr. Carly Cassleman welcomed me with a genuine excitement that I was coming in and seeking a new, comfortable dentist location. The treatment I received was also genuine. We discussed potential further treatments, when/if there is value in moving forward with treatments, and how they would be able to support me in the process. I've recommended St. Clair Tooth Co. to my friends and family, and I'm happy to have found a comfortable, genuine, supportive location to go to for my dental health needs.

Dr. Carly and everyone at SCTC are beyond amazing! Not to mention, the space itself is so clean and chic. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable--I used to be afraid of the dentist, but now I look forward to going in!

We were recommended St. Clair Tooth by co-workers. It wasn't a good experience for us. I had no real issues during my visits, but my wife is still struggling physically and emotionally from some of the work that Dr. Casselman performed on her. I'll start by saying that when I was in the chair, Dr. Casselman was typically distracted. She moved extremely quickly and was rarely focused on the task at hand, which is problematic when you're performing dental work due to the sharp tools and the fact that the patient is completely vulnerable. Luckily, she never made a mistake with me, although my mouth was sore longer than normal after my first appointment in the fall of 2020. My wife wasn't so lucky. The troubles for my wife started when Dr. Casselman dropped a dental tool in my wife's mouth while she wasn't paying attention and while she was having a conversation with one of her employees. Fortunately, my wife's throat closed before the tool could get any further into her throat, and Dr. Casselman was able to extract the tool without injuring my wife. At a subsequent appointment, Dr. Casselman performed work on my wife that my wife later had to get corrected by another local dentist. She kept commenting that my wife's mouth was "small" instead of admitting that perhaps she should've refrained from going through with the procedure. The tough part about this is that we were under the impression that St. Clair Tooth fully accepted TRICARE. This is not the case. They partially accept TRICARE, so my wife and I had to pay out of pocket each time for anything other than a cleaning. This is my fault for not doing my research, but I wish that Dr. Casselman and her staff had been more up front about their insurance acceptances. After all this occurred with my wife, and I discovered that we shouldn't have been paying out of pocket, I canceled my July 2021 appointment and told my wife that I no longer felt comfortable going to St. Clair Tooth. My gut told me that this wasn't a good place for us. I should've made that decision earlier. I would've saved my wife a lot of pain and suffering. I feel terrible about that. I wish that Dr. Casselman had had the wisdom and security to stop my wife's procedure that she erred on instead of telling my wife that her mouth was "small" and moving forward with it. It put the blame on my wife for something she couldn't help, and that wasn't the right way for a doctor to treat her patient. I'm fairly certain that all dentists take the Hippocratic Oath, and I don't think that she followed the charge to "do no harm" on that day or during the other appointments my wife had with her. Furthermore, and maybe this is becoming the norm with dental offices, their administrative staff was constantly calling my wife to get her to come in for more dental work. It felt like a high-pressure sales environment rather than calls you'd normally expect from a dental office. We don't experience that at all with our new dentist. At the end of the day, I think that the environment at St. Clair Tooth simply wasn't right for us; however, I do hope that Dr. Casselman is more careful and mindful in the future. I wish her nothing but the best, and although she may not like my review, perhaps she can chalk it up as a learning experience since she's young and likely has many more years of practicing dentistry ahead of her. Ultimately, I'm glad that my wife was able to get the mistakes corrected and that she's recovering well from the trauma she experienced as a result of Dr. Casselman's performance.

This dental office is amazing. Right when you walk in the employees give off the best vibes, they have nice up beat music playing, they make you feel excited to get your teeth cleaned! There is no where else to get your dental needs than here at st clair tooth co!!!!

Dr. Carly & her team are amazing! They take their time in listening to all concerns & really tailor the treatment to our needs & comfort level. Jenn is great in making our schedules work, & wonderful in answering all things billing! Overall, the whole office is very family friendly & patient centered, with a happy vibe & exceptional care. And everyone on the team is so great with our 4YO twins -- they actually get excited to go to the dentist! Thank you, Dr. Carly, & the entire St. Clair Tooth Co. team! :)))

I felt very comfortable and relaxed from the beginning of my visit to the end of my visit, I had two teeth pulled one came out quick the other one was stubborn it did not want to come out but I was so relaxed I dosed off for a couple minutes lol! Great job.

I have had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist for as long as I can remember, and after having a particularly negative experience at one of the big dental chains, that anxiety only worsened. A few weeks ago, I experienced a dental emergency and after some research found St. Clair Tooth Co. I called and was offered an appointment that same day! The minute I walked through the doors the entire team was friendly, engaging, and supportive. I cannot express just how wonderful these ladies have been. Dr. Cassleman has worked with me to have a better understanding of my dental health and has developed with my input a treatment plan to address my dental needs. Thank you so much to the whole team for showing me patience and kindness!

Everyone at Dr. Cassleman's practice is fantastic. How many people can say they have a lovely time at the dentist? Now I can after becoming a patient of Dr. Cassleman's. Her group is friendly, professional, knowledgable and kind. If you're looking for a clean, calm, gentle dentist, look no further. Dr. Cassleman is the dentist for you!

I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Everyone is always super nice and very professional. They take the time to get to know you personally and educate you on how to better your teeth health.
