I highly recommend St. Charles Family Dentistry! The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Dental procedures are thoroughly explained alleviating anxiety about the unknown. Jamie, my dental hygienist, was thorough and sensitive to any possible discomfort I might experience. Dr. Lisa examined my teeth then took time to sit down and converse with me. If youre looking for a dental practice with both knowledgeable and caring professionals, St. Charles Family Dentistry is the best!
I have reviewed St Charles Family Dentistry before but wanted to express my appreciation of/for this team, again. I went in for my regular cleaning following a tissue graft by their recommended dental surgeon. I was nervous and apprehensive as I am still healing from that procedure. My hygienist, Lori assured me she would be aware and careful of the area. She WAS and allayed all my fears. Dr Dana came in for the followup check and, as always, explained thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I LOVE this team. (And I am probably a lousy, crybaby patient.) If you are looking for a dental group, stop looking and go here.

I have had a great experience at St. Charles Family Dentistry. Everyone has been warm and welcoming. I had a cleaning, as well as a filling (by Dana) and I have been very happy with my care. I feel like I am listened to and my questions have all been answered very thoroughly. Understanding, thorough, knowledgeable (gave me some great recommendations), grateful to have found them!

The hygienist was very heavy handed and tore up my gums. I will not be scheduling another appointment with her ever again. I don't have any issues with the doctors or staff. Always taken great care of me just need a new hygienist who knows what they are doing.

The friendliness and competent care of the staff and Doctor Dana make 'going to the dentist' completely less of an apprehensive experience. I've been a patient of this dentistry for decades, from beginning to now, this dentistry has maintained high standards and quality.

All the staff is so friendly and kind (: Patti does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr Dana is very detailed when she explains everything that is going on with my mouth. Lily helped squeezed me in the schedule and if you haven't seen the office recently heather made the office look so Halloween-y! I highly recommend this place (:

My boys were so nervous to go to the dentist for the first time. The staff was so friendly and kind. They greeted us by name, showed the boys all the cleaning tools so they would be comfortable and talked them through the whole process. They had such a great experience and we highly recommend them!

I and my entire family were patients there for seven years. Recently I noticed that they had been trying to overcharge me for more than what my insurance covered. It almost seemed like insurance fraud. When I finally gave them the explanation of benefits they said they made a mistake and wouldn't charge me the difference between what insurance covered and what they were billing. They had done this numerous times and every time I caught them they apologized and said it was just a mistake. I truly believe they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me but my explanation of benefits proved what I really owed them. The very last straw was when they wouldn't waive a $75 cancellation fee because my daughter was sick and canceled on the same day. It's pretty unfortunate that they would lose an entire Family's business over $75. I will never go back there and I would encourage everyone never to go to the dentist. They are just out for the money. The office manager who does the bills there is extremely rude and condescending as well.

AWESOME Experience. I learned so much today. The entire staff provided service above and beyond my expectations. They maintained safety COVID guidelines, provided great service, answered all my questions thoroughly. The moment I walked in the door, the environment was bright, clean and pleasant. The front desk staff was helpful and courtesy. The X-Ray Technician (Lashes) was patient and gentle. The hygienist knew her stuff and provided great options for maintaining good oral health. The DENTIST!!!!!!! PHENOMENAL! That is a lot of brain in that small frame! Truly a great experience. Highly recommend the team at St. Charles Family Dentistry. You really feel like family!!!!

As always, Saint Charles Family Dentistry did a wonderful job with both myself and my sons 6 month cleaning. We have been going to the clinic for over 10 years! The receptionists are very kind and friendly. The technicians made myself and my son feel very safe while getting our teeth cleaned during a pandemic and the doctors are exceptional as always. Highly recommend!
